the comfort of the room was outstanding. all the staff very friendly, good trained. room service food excellent. great location. the only thing i didn't like was the smell/air in the room. and we couldnt get rid of it - even with using the aircon frequently. i think its because of the carpet.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

It was difficult to choose amongst Tokyo's luxury hotels - each seems to have something to recommend it. However, we were ultimately very pleased with our choice of the Peninsula. It is ideally located in walking distance to the Ginna area as well as the Tokyo Station area and Imperial Gardens and has metro access from the basement to everywhere...

This was my second stay at Peninsula Tokyo and it was as amazing as my first time. The hotel just feels luxurious from the moment you walk in. The rooms are simply amazing and complete in every sense - they have literally thought of everything! The service, staff, check in/out, food etc. were all excellent. Sir Paul McCartney was staying...

Great hotel in the Ginza district. Good wifi and friendly service. The desk is good to work at and the light is sufficient as well if you want to work at your hotel room. The service is friendly and efficient. The gym is small but oke for working out. The bar at the top of the hotel is nice and...

The rooms are big, the facilities very good. And a very nice swimming pool not crowed where you can enjoy swimming. Great view on the imperial palace for some of the rooms. The small critic is the price of the breakfast "à la carte". Pretty expensive for a normal standing meal.

From check in to check out, we were made to feel that the hotel staff was at our service. Nothing disappointed. The room was large and luxurious as was the dressing room and bath. Very comfortable bed. We were there for the Sunday breakfast buffet which was a real treat. Dining in the lobby restaurant was quite delicious and service...

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2017, and even in advance of our arrival, the staff was responsive and helpful to our requests for assistance with scheduling a half-day tour and dinner reservations. The Peninsula's staff is bi-lingual, which was incredibly helpful and not taken for granted. The level of service was excellent - we even received help...

My family are frequent guests at the Pen in HK, but this was our first visit to their Tokyo Hotel. Although the public areas of this hotel are smaller, with fewer eating and shopping options and not really a space in which to sit around and relax, we actually found the rooms to be more comfortable and generally larger than...

Our stay at The Peninsula began on a positive note but as the days went by their flaws began to surface and we began to question whether they still live up to their 5 star status. Peninsula was the best hotel during our 1.5 week trip. New, modern, large rooms. Staff is very friendly, english is no issue... felt small and intimate for large hotel.
