had stayed 2 day for business. arrived very early at 6:30am and was hoping to get early checked in but they have no policy? or no room available for me for early check in.... just beside the train station. they had vending machines on every floor (with ice machine) so super convenient! room and sleep is good. Breakfast is wonderful....

I came in 8am in the morning after an overnight flight and was obviously tired. I checked in, but was informed that my room is available only from 3pm. I explain that I am tired and need a room immediately so I can get some rest. He comes back after a few minutes and say the room can be ready...

A wonderful location with incredible rooms. Could not imagine a better view for breakfast than the grand railway vista from the dining room on the clifftop height the 27th floor. For Japan the size of the rooms are excellent. Helpful staff as one comes to expect in Japan. Impressive foyer creates a very contemporary space. Very peaceful. Good value.

Right near Tokyo station, the hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are also very decently sized given that it's central Tokyo. The western-style breakfast is also highly recommendable, and the staff is very helpful.

This was the perfect location to explore Tokyo. We had a lot of luggage coming from the airport. It was very convenient (once we identified the correct exit - the bus entrance - Nihonbashi). The only negative was that the room was small - but plenty big enough for two people who were out most of the day.

I hate arriving at a new destination and having to find my hotel. Coming into Tokyo in the late afternoon after a busy day this hotel was just perfect, we got off the train walked to the appropriate edit and there it was. It is in easy walking distance to the imperial palace and the Ginza both places we wanted...

We chose the Hotel Marunouchi for its location at Tokyo station and easy access to Narita airport. It proved to be an enjoyable stay for our 3 days in Tokyo. The convenient access to trains and metro made getting around efficient and allowed us to see Tokyo's highlights in the short time we had.

We only had 3 days in Tokyo and this was a great hotel to stay in since it is right next to the Tokyo Station making it very easy to take the high-speed rail service to Tokyo from Narita International Airport. Even though the hotel is within a few feet of the North Yaesu exit to the Tokyo Station is...

The hotel is located really well in downtown Tokyo with Tokyo station directly on it's doorstep, Roppongi district close by and central Tokyo within arms reach. The rooms are business like small (typically Tokyo) and effifient but lack nothing except space.

Only few steps outside JR Tokyo Station, we didn't expect to find a place as quiet as this peaceful hotel. We only stayed for one night, but all the staff we talked to was able to communicate in English. Highly recommended, especially for people traveling by train! Value for money is good.
