We stayed at this hotel after arriving in Japan. After a delayed flight, we were unlucky to have our luggage lost by our airline for every member of our party! The front desk were so helpful and they spent a long time phoning Narita airport,...More

Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular

Ginza does not have the facility. I think they have a vending machine at the reception, which dispenses drinks (dont recollect if it has sandwiches), but there's a Ginza hotel next door which has a restaurant, as well as a mart next door where one can pick up packaged food and get coffee. There are plenty of eating joints around the hotel in any case.
