We stayed here for a couple of nights during our first visit in Tokyo. It's been an excellent choice indeed. First, The hotel is very close to Tokyo Station (hence, if you come from the Airport or if you arrive by train, this is very comfortable). Second, the rooms, although very small (but hey, it's Tokyo!), are modern if not...

For the price the hotel was unbeatable. Close location to Central Tokyo Station and very classy looking lobby on the top floor. Less than a minute to subway. Room was immaculate. Slightly on the small side, but that was to be expected. Plenty of in-room amenities, overall great experience.

LOCATION ---------------- 5-10 minute walk from two different subway lines that we used during our 7-day trip (Nihonbashi station and Tokyo station). 15 minute walk to the Imperial Palace Gardens (west). 30 minute walk to Hamarikyu Gardens to the (south. takes longer if you get slightly tired/lost like we did). HOTEL & ROOM ---------------------- We got the FORUS-C "Create" (http://www.ryumeikan-tokyo.jp/english/guestroom02_07.html)....

Ideal location beside TOkyo Station. Smart room lay-out for the size, clean, thoughtful amenities. The FORUS bed lulls you to sleep with sound and vibration and wakes you up gently in the mornings. Reception is sincerely helpful. Highly recommendable in spite of having no outside view from the room.

I'm a regular visitor to Tokyo, mostly for business. Last weekend my regular business hotel was full, and the one I use as a backup was full too. I looked around a bit and saw that the Ryumeikan had consistently high reviews on Tripadvisor, Great place. Rooms are spotless and room size well above average for Tokyo. Decent English spoken...

Spent our last night in this hotel in Tokyo before flying out. As many have mentioned, close to Tokyo central station (i.e easy train ride to Narita or Haneda). Also a subway station just right outside the hotel, which makes it convenient to catch other subway lines and visit scenic spots even it's located in a business area. Hotel staff...

Considerably cheaper than similar establishments, this is a great quality hotel at an excellent location (next to Tokyo station). The staff are eager to help, and are very accommodating. Nice and comfortable room, and great bathroom supplies (not just shaving cream and razor, but after shave lotion and night creams as well!). Free wifi. This will be my top choice...
