Location is near to tsukiji market (the fish market), but to go to city (ie shinjuku, shibuya) you have to transfer a few trains. And the walking distance from station to station quiet far too. Unless you want to go to certain area nearby. the hotel staff not helpful at all, even only to book a taxi. Without even trying...

The hotel is just 10-minute walk to the fish market, and 1-minute walk to a metro station, which is 2 stops away from the Yamanote Line. The area around the hotel is very quiet at night. There is a 24-hour restaurant nearby and some convenient stores around. The hotel is clean and tidy. Check in was quick and staff were...

The hotel itself is mediocre, with is standard for a 3-star hotel in Tokyo. It's a bit old for sure but it's fairly clean and has the necessities such as a mini-fridge and WiFi. The location is great as it's surrounded by like 3 or 4 convenient stores such as Lawson and 7-Eleven. It is also a 5-min walk to...

I stayed here one night with a group, but I made my reservation late. I paid twice what other members of my group paid. Also, check-in was incredibly slow and frustrating. So take that in mind when considering my ratings. I stayed in a twin room with my son, and I would say that everything was fine. We mostly just...

A hotel close to the subway and 24/7 convenience store for your snacks, ATM and amenities. About 20 min walk to the Ginza and 10 min walk to Tsukiji fish market. Staff were helpful and pleasant always acknowledging when we came and went to and from the hotel. A hotel that appeared tired and in need of upgrading. The beds...

Located close to 2 subway stops, this is a great place to stay if you want to be slightly away from the main bustle of Tokyo. The hotel is fairly average but you have all facilities you need. The staff were helpful and tried their best to help us as non-japanese speakers. They have an option of western or Japanese...

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Tsukiji Fish Market, and was expecting it to be a pretty simple place. While it is certainly not the lap of luxury, this hotel exceeded my expectations all around. And the location was indeed very convenient, being within an easy walking distance of the Tsukiji Fish Market. The check-in was very...

The old adage "you get what you pay for" could not be more appropriate. On sale in the US$75 range/night this is actually very good value. The hotel is older and I had a single room, but the furnishings are adequate and most of all CLEAN! Staff speak some English and everyone is hard working. You might try the sister...

Hello! I am from London, England. I stayed at Ginza capital main hotel - 2-1-4 tsukiji chuo-ku, tokyo, japan in November 2015. I booked it for 4 nights. I paid £183 for 4 nights and I am underwhelmed. This hotel went below my expectations. It is very close to a toll road. Pretty dull area which shuts down around 22:00....

I booked a room for non smokers but there wasn't any so I had to stay in one for smokers. It was terrible. I received refreshner but was useless. Bathrooms very small. Tooms also. Breakfasts very boring. Every day the same meals.
