Clean, great value, friendly and close to many stations. We had breakfast at Denny’s nearby which had both Japanese and western food. Stations are 5 min walk except for Tokyo which was a 10 min walk. Imperial palace was about 15 min walk away.

We stayed at Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori for four nights right at New Year's. There were seven of us in two rooms. The rooms are a very good size and comfortable for four people. We put the dining area (table and chairs) to good use. The toilet being separate from the sink and shower made the bathroom setup more convenient for more people. We stayed in a tiny apartment our last time in Tokyo that had barely enough floor space for the futons that we slept on, so this was much better. My kids loved being in the bunk beds. We didn't take advantage of the kitchenette other than to keep some drinks in the fridge and use some dishes for breakfast (we bought at 7-11 and ate in our rooms).
The location was very convenient as we used the subway exclusively to get around and the stations within a 5 to 10 minute walk easily got us everywhere we wanted to go. We ended up using the nearby 7-11 daily (there are a few other convenience stores right nearby) and there were restaurants close by where we could grab an easy dinner. As with everywhere in Tokyo and Japan in general, it felt safe even at night.
The front desk staff was very friendly. There were many native English speakers on staff who were helpful. Because we were there at New Year's, we were not sure whether places would be open and they made calls for us. They also translated a shirt we bought just to make sure it didn't say something offensive!
The rates are expensive, but Tokyo in general is expensive and if you are travelling with four people then this is a good value. We were very happy and have recommended it to family who are traveling to Tokyo in the spring.

The hotel is located on a very convenient location, walkable distance from three metro stations (Hatchobori, Kayabacho, and Nihonbashi) and Tokyo Central Station. Multilingual staffs were very polite and helpful, and rooms were sparkling clean with 4 beds (two doubles and one bunk bed). There is no dining service but there are many places where we could grub breakfasts nearby. I traveled with kids and perhaps the best hotel I've stayed in Tokyo with family.

A great, modern apartment hotel, ideally suited for families with children. If you don’t need the classic hotel amenities of a lounge, bar and restaurant but you want a modern, clean room for your family to stay centrally in Tokyo, look no further.
Exceptionally friendly staff welcome guests in a small reception area downstairs. The checking process is efficient.
The rooms are spacious, we had a 4-bed family room, which had two comfortable mattresses on the floor and two bunk beds across, which the children loved. All beds have USB and power plugs.
There is a table with seating, ample space for luggage, a small kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bath with a bathtub and shower.
The reception provides basic amenities including tea and coffee.
There is a vending machine for drinks and a laundry room on the second floor.
The hotel is in a quiet corner of town but in walking distance to Tokyo station (15min) and a Metro Station is only 2 minutes away.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Jan 2020. From the moment we checked in (let us in early) to the moment we left, we had a great experience. Reception desk was extremely pleasant and helpful, and gave good advice on various information we asked for to assist our sightseeing and eating experiences. Very clean and large (for Tokyo) rooms, although the beds were a bit hard for our liking (but I think that's just what they are in Japan). The location was good too - about 10-15 mins walk from Tokyo Central Railway Station, or 1 train stop to Hatchobori (train, not subway - even though the train stops at the subway station). Overall we loved our stay at Mimaru, will definitely consider again next time we stay in Tokyo.

We visited Japan as my son is a big Pokemon fan. We freaked out when Mimaru started accepting reservations for their Pokemon room and assisted us in updating our reservations. Front desk was helpful and spoke good english. It was 3-4 minutes away from 2 subway stations which made going around Tokyo easy. There were family restaurants open during the new year holidays and at least 3 convenience stores and a mini grocery within 5 minutes away. The room did not disappoint! From the Snorlax foot prints to the pokemons on the walls to the plates and saucers. The bed was a giant pokemon ball with a huge snorlax stuffed toy. The bunk beds were also a hit with our kids. We were thankful for the space, dining area and kitchenette as we stayed in when my youngest got sick for a couple of days. The Pokemon Cafe and Pokemon Center DX (takashimaya nihonbashi) were only 10-12 minutes from the hotel. There were 2 Pokemon stops accessible from the room. Perhaps a pokemon gym in the future?
Truly a must for Pokemon fans out there. Still wishing we could take Snorlax home. 🤣

Mimaru Hatchobori is conveniently located near Tokyo Station (5 mins taxi ride - ¥500, or 10-15mins walk). 2 minutes to Hibiya line which gets us to Ginza and Tsukiji. Room is small but cozy enough for family of 4. Everything is very clean. Note that they only change towels if you stay <4 days. No cleaning, so it’d great if broom/vac cleaner is provided. Front desk staffs are all great and friendly. Overall great stay! Will come back.

This is an amazing hotel for families. We (family of 5) stayed in the more quiet area of Hatchobori and I'm so glad that we chose this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is a short walk from Tokyo Station, which is super convenient. You won't go wrong with this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the beds are super comfy. The kitchenette is well appointed, which is great for in-room dining. We loved the included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They also provide other amenities if you need them. Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo.

We stayed here in December 2022, family of four with two boys, ages 13 and 8. It was perfect for us. We had a hard time finding hotels that could accommodate a family of four, in a decent location, and Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori was the answer. We had a spacious main bed and a pair of bunk beds for the kids, and although the room was not huge, it was ample for us. There is regular housekeeping service, and there are always extras in the lobby - shampoo, toothpaste, coffee, tea, etc. Location was great, just a few minutes walk from two subway stations, and there were many nearby restaurants. Staff was English speaking and extremely welcoming and helpful. Good Wifi and the kids appreciated access through the TV to English programs. Would definitely stay here again (in fact, we stayed at Mimaru hotels throughout our Japan trip).

We stayed only 1 night, transit before heading to the mountains. The room is so spacious. It’s good for a night or two. They separated the bath/shower and the toilet so we don’t have to wait too long. More nights with big family is probably better just getting 2 smaller rooms. For our family, waiting for others to shower can be a waste of time.

The last train from Haneda ariport would be at 11pm, so you need to ride on taxi. We have a van taxi (that can fits up to 6 people) and the price would be max 10500 yen (depends on the terminal). You may ride the taxi from the airport but the price would depends on the taxi company and there would may be only a small taxi available.
