Room and lobby quite modern, staff so quick to handle guest and very fluent in english. Room clean but quite small. Bathroom is standard Japanese hotel. Hotel near metro station just 5 minute walk, but rather far from tokyo central station about 30 minute walk. Food rather difficult to find near hotel specially at night because its business area. Good...

Not too bad for mid range hotel to stay for a short stay in Tokyo for business. Nice and easy access to and convenient to transportation and quite central. Nearby convenient stores too if need to buy drinks.

Location is excellent being a short walk from Tokyo station and a short walk to the Ginza for the shopaholics. Plenty of eateries and small supermarkets nearby. We were two couples and were given adjoining rooms which were entered from an outside deck. It was great as we sat on the landing to have drinks and nibblies before going out....

Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. Travelled to hotel via Tokyo Station. Within walking distance of about 900m. Warmly welcomed by hotel staff whom could speak very fluent english. The reception desk is on level 2. The ladies will get a bath essence package while the guys could just collect their bath salts, facial wash etc. Their room though...

The Sotetsu Fresan Inn was a great find for my wife and I while staying for five days in Tokyo. It is located not far from Tokyo Station and down the street from a local subway stop. There was great access to most of the attractions in Tokyo. The room we had was small, but that is typical of Japan....

The hotel is very good, with a nice comfortable room and all amenities needed for a short stay. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room is small, similar to other hotels in Japan. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Ginza neighborhood, close to thhe metro station and to the arrival station from Narita airport.

Good hotel for quick access to central Tokyo. Walking distance to Tokyo station, Ginza and fish market. Also possible, but a little longer, to walk to Akihabara. Not that you need to walk in Tokyo that has superb train and subway alternatives, but I lake walking in cities. Hotel room was quite small - but that is common in Japan....

We stayed here for the final night of our holiday, and found it to be a decent enough experience. The room was spacious enough for us to open suitcases / etc (rare in Tokyo) and was clean and tidy. All the mod cons you'd expect were provided: Wi-Fi in the rooms, fridge, usual bathroom consumables, TV, working air conditioning. The...

Location is pretty good, walking distance from Tokyo station and also Ginza for shopping and bars and restaurants. Room is small but clean, staff is polite and helpful. They have complimentary tea, coffee and water on 2nd floor at the reception.

Our family stayed here during our 6 day trip to Tokyo. Having been to Tokyo several times, we were amazed by the size of the room considering the price and location. The hotel is right by key subway lines, and it is on the same line as Haneda airport. It was very easy to travel to the attractions we wanted...
