To be honest, I was first inclined to give a negative review. As I was expecting to arrive early, I had enquired about an early arrival, and they wanted to charge a whole extra night's stay for that! However, upon arrival, I have to say that the staff was very helpful. The service was really excellent. After, I returned from...

We arrived by airport limousine bus from Narita Airport and our bus stopped right in front of the hotel The rains made us feel worried that we would get wet when the bus stopped, but the doorman with an umbrella helped us right into the hotel. That was Great! Upon check-in, our front desk receptionists found us a smoking room...

All the staff speaks very good English -makes things easy. They are extremely helpful with taxis, directions etc. Airport limousine stops right out front. Rooms are comfortable though TV channels are limited. Very nice breakfast buffet. They also have a nice exercise room. The only disappointment was that I couldn't get sushi & sashimi from room service (I had in...

I chose this hotel as part of my itinerary last July due to its central location where all places of interest are blocks away. Be a first timer or regular visitor of Tokyo, this is a complete package for all your needs. Staff are tremendously polite and help you direct to all your inquiries. Not to mention the hotel is...

We always book american products in foreign countries because typically you know what you are going to get. This hotel was an unexpected bonus. The rooms are big for a major city especially downtown. The star could not be more friendly. The location is perfect for working in downtown Tokyo. Top all that of with a breakfast buffet that is...

I spent few days while I was In Tokyo, This was my base place to visit the city. The welcome I had on my first arrival was so impressive that it amased me : the bellman welcomed me by my name while I was very late (got lost in the tube) and they might not expected me anymore. I remember...

Hotel interior is modern design and room is quite comfortable although the room's size is quite small. The best of this hotel is the location that is just 5 minutes walk to ginza road, the premium shooping area in Tokyo. Another plus point of this hotel is that u don't need to worry to go to the airport since the...

Very central location. Great service by the front desk staff who patiently answered our questions on where is this & that ; and gave a great recommendation for tempura restaurant (Tenkuni, go for the counter seats for best food & experience) and walking distance to Ippudo noodles. Good & clear maps of Ginza and other districts. Room is spacious &...

This Courtyard by Marriott Hotel is a nice, mid-size hotel in a very convenient location about one block (5 minute walk) to the main Ginza shopping area. It's close to the Higashi-Ginza subway station and if you need to get to the JR station, it was about a 10-15 minute walk, if I recollect properly. You can also get to...
