Located in a small street just behind the main shopping street, we were also handy to a railway station and eating places are everywhere.Even McDonalds was in the the same street. Nothing fancy about the room and although it was small it was comfortable and had all that...

I traveled to Tokyo with a group of sixteen. We all stayed at the Mercure Tokyo Ginza. I thought our room was adequate for our two night stay. We all had two twin beds and that request was honored by the hotel with one email. The front desk staff was very accommodating to our group and their many requests and...

The front end staff were fantastic, they were patient, helpful and genuinely interested in weary travellers. The room was small but clean, a comfortable bed/pillows and it is central to Ginza shopping areas. The restaurant is French cuisine and we had a couple of snacks, one was an onion soup to die for, it was so delicious!. The hotel is...

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. I found it to have clean spacious rooms and the staff helpful. I went to eat at the restaurant once but was very underwhelmed by the offering so decided to eat somewhere else. For me though the outstanding feature of this hotel was its location. It is situated in a very convenient...
