From check-in to check-out, the staff were on point, accommodating, and helpful in every sense. The food—room service dinner and in-room breakfast—did not disappoint; every dish was carefully crafted and thoughtful in taste and presentation. The room itself and amenities were nothing short of excellent, and we were given a room facing the Tokyo Sky Tree at check-in, which was very helpful as it was a rainy weekend and we spent the whole stay inside. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed, and would certainly like to stay at the MO Tokyo again if given the chance!

Stayed for one night and everything was just perfect. We started off with dim sum lunch at Sense. Everything was delicious, perfect view of Tokyo with Sky tree and the friendly service made the experience unforgettable. The room also had an amazing view overlooking Tokyo. It was attended to the very minute detail, very clean and had everything you can ask for. Next morning, we had breakfast as room service. Again everything was great but the breads were particularly good! We finished our stay with lunch at Pizza bar. Watching the chef make the pizza over the counter added a special touch to the delicious pizza. Loved the hand made ice cream as well. Overall we had a great relaxing time and hope to make another visit soon.

Mandarin Oriental Tokyo recently became a dog friendly hotel and My wife and I gave ourselves an excuse to do a getaway for couple of nights in MO with our 4 months old baby and our lovely dog. Overall we had a wonderful stay in the Hotel, Niko who had been really helpful through out the whole process, assisting us to make reservation, answering all our enquiries and making sure all the setup were done prior to our arrival. I booked my wife a Spa treatment for her hard work on taking care of the baby, and I am so glad that I did it, she enjoyed it so much and look refreshing after the treatment. (ever since then she kept asking me when would we be staying in MO again. LOL. Dog amenities were good and fulfilled our needs (little bed, bowls, toilet sheet, proper bin for the toilet sheet for our pet). All the standard baby amenities were provided which was great. The other suggestion is, if one of your restaurants can be pet friendly for even just couple of hours a day for high tea or such, that would be perfect as many other pet owners, we would love to dine with our pet together in a nice environment in stead of being in the room at all time. As I mentioned earlier it was a great stay, those suggestions are just minor thing that would not even affect us from going back to stay there again. Thank you
