Great hotel, as would be expected. The concierge, Setsu, was a fantastic resource. She helped us to plan specific activities before our arrival and continued to help us during our stay. The one problem with this hotel - they charge for internet. It's amazing that hotels of this caliber are nickel and diming their guests. At this point in the...

Mandarin Oriental Tokyo means hospitality industry at it’s best. In my opinion, MO Tokyo is the best hotel of the Mandarin Oriental chain (I’ve been to many of them) and most definitely one of the best hotels in the world. To me it's No. 1 in Tokyo. We spent three nights in early October in a beautiful Mandarin Suite and...

Mandarin Oriental Tokyo was the third Mandarin hotel I've stayed and for sure it has the best service. Mandarin Oriental is well known as an impecable hotel with excellent service. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every staff at the hotel was so warm and helpful. Will be back. Memorable! There's always a buzz in the lobby yet it feels relaxed and easy going. I loved the view of the city from the WC's. Stunning! F & B outlets excellent. Stunning views. Proximity to Ginza also great.

Service was amazing. Thank you to the European chap in breakfast for making us feel special. Location is great. Very close to Ginza, which was my favourite spot. The level of English was okay as I find Japanese accent very hard to understand. Rooms could have been better furnished, but hey that differs with taste. I gave this hotel 4...

The service at the hotel is truly remarkable. I had never experienced anything like it before. The staff member that checked me in was very kind, and walked me around to give me a tour, and walked me all the way to my room and inside. Being new to Japan, I tried to tip her but she refused to take...

Beautiful hotel and stunning room and views. The decor and little touches were lovely as was the huge soaking tub. The only complaint is that front staff/reception was a bit cold, seemed odd. Had dinner at tapas molecular bar which was also fabulous although a very light meal and very expensive. Drinks at the bar were delicious but also expensive....

Our stay at MOTYO was an absolute delight. Whilst the luxurious touches were expected, it was the service that took this hotel to another level. No question was too trivial for the staff, and no request too much trouble. The staff that we encountered were stellar across the board. Special mention goes to the knowledgeable and helpful concierge desk staff who...
