It depend on the time of the day and date of the week. The rush hour traffic is very heavy in Tokyo, so the safest way is taking van/taxi to Shinagawa Sta. and take reserved seat on JRLine to Narita. Or you can ride a cab... More

None that I know. The nearest subway is Meguro Station which is a long walk going uphill from the hotel. Suggest use airport shuttle van.

We liked the room - one bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet too. Don't think you can do 4 adults and 2 kids...
