We spent 6 nights at this hotel and had a great stay. The staff is helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance of the JR/subway which makes it convenient for getting any where in the city. There is onsite laundry which was clean and has soap available for purchase. The elevator are is accessible only with your room key, so safety isn't an issue. We had breakfast included with our stay which was nice. While there isn't a large variety for westerners, we were able to enjoy fruit, yogurt and pastries every morning (not to mention coffee). I would definitely stay here again!
Hotel very well located. Super clean. Every staff is there to help you. There is no room service bug there are several stores at a short distances. The JR train is 8 min walking distance. From there you can easily access any part of Tokyo
Ifyou have the JR pass this hotel is great. In walking distance to Tamachi stn. this hotel has cozy rooms and all amenities you could want except for body lotion. I am beginning to discover that body lotion is not in any hotels so far I've stayed in incl Kyoto. The hotel has a nice reception, very quiet room, good coffee in room. The bed was comfy too.
This hotel is located less than 10 minute walk from Tamachi JR Rail station and the Minato subway station. It is only 1 stop from Shinagawa station so it was easy to catch the train to Shinagawa, then take the Narita Express directly to the airport. There is a supermarket in the basement of the complex just across the street, so it was convenient to buy drinks, bentos, etc The bathroom had a large counter space which was better than average. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful - they even brought our luggage up to our room for us! They also spoke excellent English so it was easy to communicate with them. The twin beds and pillows were soft and comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. I took off one star because the room setup was an odd one. The closet, TV and fridge were located on the wall with the window which was opposite the entryway. With this setup, the TV was beside the head of the twin beds so made it difficult to watch TV from the far bed. The room was slightly narrower than average, so we could not set up our medium-large suitcase at the end of the beds. The air cleaner was located within inches of the head of one bed and had a bright light when turned on, so it made it hard to sleep when facing it. Perhaps this odd setup was because the rooms occupy the top 4-5 floors of an office building. (on the other hand, the view was unobstructed since the rooms were so high up) Hint: There are more restaurants near the west side of Tamachi station.…
Tokyo can be bustling, but this hotel is a short walk for Tamachi Station, with a few restaurants and shops, but very quiet. Rooms are bigger than many hotels, and well appointed. The fridge is useful for storing drinks and snacks. The staff are very polite. If you want more restaurants, and shops, just walk to Mite station (you can go through Tamachi Station, and there is an abundance of restaurants - especially in the narrow side streets, directly across the street from the Station. I would stay here again.
