Pullman Tokyo Tamachi is great hotel. The location in city centre, near with Haneda Airport by Train. I enjoy staycation here with my mom. The room so clean, bed so good! Bathroom also nice. We also get room with best view, many complimentary. Spectacular!
We were visiting this dream city and chose to stay in this hotel which was very great choice it's located connected to shopping center and easy to walk to find food and going anywhere without minutes drive. Nice food and beautiful room. Recommend to couple or people who are in business trip.
I spent several nights there on business. The room was very comfortable and a good size. The bed was excellent. A standout feature is the quality of the staff. Dean personally welcomed my colleagues and me. And Jordan at front desk set a standard of service which was outstanding. As good as I have seen in any hotel in the world. The dining room was also very good. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
I must say, you will find Pullman Tamachi offers very best mix of Japanese and western hospitality. As for myself being Japanese lives in Europe more than half of my life, I can say it is certainly the best hotel experience in Tokyo thanks to great team. Hotel personnel have international background and speaks good English as well as Japanese. For domestic guest, you can enjoy feeling of overseas trip, for guest from other country, certainly you can get all you need in English. (Which I must say, not always easy in Japan.) You can rely on team's great support. Pullman Tamachi is ideally located complex right next to JR Tamachi station, which provide easy access to anywhere. Approximately 20min to Handeda Airport (HND) or 10 min to Tokyo station. I would like to note that walkway to the Tamachi station is covered with roof, so no worry for getting wet. Office building right next to the hotel hosts various restaurants, supermarket, as well as 24/7 open convenience stores. Location wise, whether you are on business trip or on vacation, perfect location for your base. If you like to tailor your stay or have a question, I recommend you to contact the hotel, they help you to find best possible solutions. Next business trip to Japan, surely, I will be back to Pullman Tamachi. I staid few times over 20 nights in Pullman Tamachi from December 2021 to April 2022, which was middle of Covid-19 restrictions to phasing out restriction period, for two separate business trip.…
The hotel is only 9 stories tall and have 143 rooms and was opened in 2018 so it's still a fairly new hotel. It's got an Executive Lounge, restaurant and bar but opening hours are shortened and the bars are closed due to COVID. You best check the website for more details if you do wish to use the on site facilities. In the current situation, if you are a ALL member that gets a welcome drink, because the bar is closed, you will get a menu when you check-in and you need to call the front desk and place your order. They will then bring the drink up to your room. The hotel is next to Tamachi station and also Mita station if coming by metro. It's only two stops from Shinagawa so if you are going south of Tokyo by bullet train early in the morning the next day, this is a convenient hotel for that. There are new shops and office building next door with quite a few places to eat and the restaurants in the opposite building are quite good. This hotel being only 9 stories with guest rooms between levels 3 and 8, there's not much of a view and it's next to the train station. Rooms are reasonably sized with enough space to open up your suitcase unlike business hotels where space is limited even for walking around the room. Room amenities are what you would expect with hotels of this calibre including a coffee machine. There's a small sofa and desk by the window which is only useful if you need to do some work for a short time. It's not very practical if you need to do something for a long time. Even though my room is on the 6th floor and next to the train station, I could not hear the trains to interfere with my sleep unlike the Peninsula Tokyo which has horrible sound proofing (you can read my review on this site as well). Staff are all helpful and responsive and the Pullman is perfect if you want a good functional hotel that is close to the train station with easy access to other stations where the bullet train stops. It's stylish and big enough so you don't feel like you're staying at a business hotel and have all the amenities you would expect.…
I have stayed 3 different Pullman in Bangkok, yet Tokyo Pullman Tamachi is an absolutely outstanding! The hotel is quite new, the room is so clean tidy and cosy! Staffs are very nice, especially big shout out to the Manager Off san, his heart warming hospitality, attention to details is a world class! I have to mention Kotaro san at the lounge he was also helpful! Breakfast at Kasa WOW! Amazing high-end breakfast!! I really recommend the Egg Benedict! Lounge at 9th Floor Smoothie is sooo tasty! My hubby really loved the Japanese craft beer he enjoyed drinking in middle of afternoon! Breakfast and Lounge experience was perfect yet Off san made us even more special, happy and memorable stay! We will surely come back here thank you!
Great experience, Pullman teams are extremely nice and they truly care about their guests. I have been very busy during these 3 days for business purposes and the Pullman team offered me such a great support by taking care of all the details during my stay. It was a real pleasure staying at Pullman 田町, I will definitely come back for my next business trip to Tokyo. Thank you great people, take care and see you soon!
My daughter and I stayed at Pullman three times over the weekend. The staffs were exceptionally well-trained and professional. I was very impressed with their CRM. I usually ask for Ryoshusho for the parking, and they already prepared one without even asking. It was nice to know that they kept my record to make my life and stay easier. Also kids under 6 eat free during the breakfast. My daughter only eats small amount, so it was very helpful. I ended up ordering rice, natto and miso soup for her. She was definitely happy. They let us eat outside since we were a bit worried about COVID. Great service!
We stayed here prior to COVID on our 2 week Tokyo trip. I am embarrassingly catching up on all our vacation reviews, but came here to say our stay was perfect! From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed to a very clean and luxurious lobby. The room was even better. We were worried about room and bed size when coming from the US, but the room was perfect and the bathroom was heavenly. To this day, I’ve only found 2 other hotel showers that even come close to the Pullman. They easily have the best toilet experience with the built in seat warmers and bidet. Aside from this, the Pullman is extremely convenient because it is right across from a major train hub, 7/11, restaurants, and shops. We actually found a dumpling restaurant(and we pray it is still open post-pandemic) that was one of our favorites in Tokyo within the attached mall containing many shops and restaurants. Overall, we don’t see any reason we would stay anywhere else in Tokyo but the Pullman!…
I would have to say that my time at the hotel has been absolutely fantastic. Since i was coming from the US, I had to do some work all over Japan. Fortunately I had contacted the Hotel and informed of my stay as well the arrival time, as well my plans during in Japan. The staff was surely accommodating towards my needs since they were able to provide me transportation from HND to the hotel as well for my final week in Japan, another form of transportation to HND. Honestly I was comfortable and confident with the staff and to the point where it truely felt like a home away from my home. What I enjoyed the must was that after my arrival/stay of 2 weeks, they asked which location i was heading to. They did take it upon themselves to plan out what trains I needed to take and explained in full detail on how to get to my destination.…
