Clean rooms close to station. Breakfast has limited western options. Avoid smoking rooms. Accidently booked one and luckily after begging was able to change! Older rooms but decent size. Check out is 10 am. You can request later. Paid 1500 yen for extra hour.

Hi Lily, There are very adequate coin operated laundry rooms on many floors at the hotel. We stayed there in May/June and took full advantage. These rooms also have a microwave.

I think that there is enough space for an additional bedroom but better ask to the reception. They are very polite
