Business traveling could be stressful. Now What I do is all too often immerse myself to great food. This place is insane. The bars are top of the class. Food is fantastic and service is exceptional. Yes it is pricey and membership could set you back a few million yen. But if you can afford it, this is would not...

One of the most historic, a renowned private club in Tokyo, Japan. Just happened to be there as a part of a company function. - a superb setting and foods. You can join with ¥1.2 million JPY + fees. Probably worth it if you have many executive functions in the region.

TAC has a beautiful facility, with a style that is reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright's now vanished Imperial Hotel. We spent Christmas week with our sons and have nothing but positive comments on the hotel and the dedicated, hard working and friendly staff. There are only a few guest rooms, each individually decorated and huge by Japan standards. The gym...

The rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards, with wonderful views. Our kids' rooms included a very large and very nice balcony, which would effectively double the living space in the spring or fall. The fitness area was large and well equipped, although some of the equipment looked a little tired and overdue for replacement. There were a lot of lovely...

This is a great place to be if you have children. There are a ton of activities and a restaurant (ok adult food) that is perfect for the little ones. It has parking and work out areas for both adults and children. It is convenient.

We had high expectations going to the Tokyo American Club (TAC) to stay in their Guest Studios, and boy did they exceed them. First the facilities at the TAC is just amazing. They have 5 floors and 2 basement levels of glass, steel and concrete. The place looks absolutely amazing. The TAC has outstanding service, and if you need anything...

While we had our American Club membership based out of Singapore where we were living, we often used the Tokyo American Club for social, couple, and business events and meals. Wonderful service, a bit stiff and formal but superb in the way it could accommodate Western tastes. Wide variety of eating locations in the Club (bar, pool, Cafes, full restaurants,...

I was a guest there for a few days. We mostly used the (small) conference rooms and the restaurants. The complex is amazing with everything at your fingertips. Massive pool, gym, bowling alleys, squash courts, etc...... There is a total of 5 restaurants serving american food. The food isn't very good.

I haven't been back here in a couple of years because it was under construction. WOW - is it beautiful! many restaurants to choose from… many amenities - very international group! Elegant lobby area…very open/spacious and comfortable - especially while in Tokyo it feels like you are NOT in Tokyo!

Yes its a nice building. Yes the accommodation rooms are lovely. Yes the staff are friendly enough. But seriously guys. Does your catering really have to live in American bubble, are your American guests really too scared to eat local cuisine ? Japan is a wonderful country with wonderful cuisine, you should really respect that and offer more of it...

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
