Loved this hotel excellent service, Located in a very convenient, central part of the city, providing easy access to all the highlights of Tokyo. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, and all the staff very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Roppongi Hotel S in their 'patio room'. Note there is only one patio room in their hotel. And I loved it! I want to say one thing off the top the room is small at approximately 27 sqm however this is mentioned on their website. I was prepared for this, so I got what I expected....

Had a *wonderful* stay at Roppongi Hotel S, however thought it was important to point out pros/cons (so travelers are aware of what they are getting themselves into). Pros First: Service at Roppongi Hotel was absolutely awesome. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasurable one. Our room, though very cramped and tired looking, was...

The hotel is located at Nishiazabu crossing almost next door to Gopachi the iconic restaurant. Easiest way to get there from Narita is limobus to Grand Hyatt and then either walk 10 mins or take a taxi - Y720. The hotel is japanese style western - western beds, TV with cable *only 3 english channels, wet room bathroom with small...

Nice little boutique hotel close to Roppongi Hills and Mid Town. Also a fantastic location for subway, bus and taxis, all in just 10-15 min walking distance. The room is small but clean, perfectly equipped with refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, tea kettle, cutlery and etc. Bathroom is small but also clean with nice little bath tub. (The corridors are a bit spooky...

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast make this place worth staying a couple of nights. There's not much of a view as others have stated... But its close to restaurants, nightlife and public transit, which is nice when your eyes are on fire and you can't sleep at 03:30. A solid place for a layover or a...

This hotel is really rather expensive for what it is. It is in a decent place, clean and, while well appointed, the room was actually pretty small. The staff were pleasant enough but breakfast was pretty limited (even for Japan) given the price you pay for it. It would have been nice for someone to have cooked the eggs freshly...

Great little boutique hotel close to Roppongi Hills and the most upscale part of Roppongi. Staff was great and most spoke English very well. Rooms are pretty small, but laid out well. Beds are very comfortable. Of note, subays are 10-15 minutes by foot away. A number of spots nearby for dinner. Best way to get here from Narita Airport...

The receptionists were great. Could not do enough for you. We had a premium room which means larger. The window faced the express way but it was quiet. Housekeeping not too good. We actually run out of toilet paper and no additional rolls any where. Thank goodness for tissue paper. The restaurant, well not impressed. It was more like a...

Thank you kindly for taking the time to write your review. After reading about you not being able to use the corner room in the restaurant twice, we looked into it and realized the staff had not been fully transparent about the reason. The first time was there was a reservation for the whole space set to start one hour...

My husband and I stayed here since we had a concert at the Blue Note. Fantastic location--lots of restaurants and little shops around. Walking distance from the Roppongi metro and the shopping district. The staff was friendly and very polite. We stayed in room 205 and although the room was a little small, it had everything we needed. The full...
