Totally unexpected, Innsomnia pretty much exceeded all of our expectations! The spacious room, the comfortable beds, the little pantry that allowed us some luxury to try some fresh food from the market. We have been raving and recommending this hotel to everyone! And the free coffee - makes our day every day!

It's such a nice place, very spacious, clean and comfy. Convenient location too, closed to subway, many convenient store, reasonable restaurant. And actually, right in the opposite of the hotel is a small delicious not pricey Ramen restaurant that is a must-try (very popular to the locals). They have everything around! For the price you pay it's great value. But... More

This is a very new-concept hotel. You won't find the regular fancy lobby, actually you would think that is more a coffee shop, but then a very friendly staff will help you with the check-in. Let's start with the sort-of-bad (which is not really that bad); the breakfast is not included, you have the coffee shop (that has very good... More

Dollar for dollar, this hotel has some of the most spacious rooms in central Tokyo. It may lack the fancy bars and restaraunts of the big 5 star hotels but it has a modern comfortable coffee shop with free coffee for guests 24hrs. Quiet, comfortable and good value.

The Innsomnia is not on an airport limousine route, so it is necessary to arrive by taxi or metro. The room (a "40") was large but stark and dim. The air conditioner blew a draft over both beds. We had breakfast a block away at McDonald's. There is no restaurant in the hotel but many in the neighborhood. We had... More

The reason I gave it an average score was because none of the hotel staff actually spoke enough English to get some answers to questions, AND the pillows were the worst I have ever had in a hotel - felt like hard tiny beads encased in a sack. It was clearly a hotel for Japanese businessmen. The room was large... More

Stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. Newly refurbished clean hotel with lots of modern touches. Location is near the station. The rooms were huge by Tokyo's standard. It came in handy with our 2 kids with us.

This is one of the biggest hotel rooms I've stayed at in Tokyo (excluding the Imperial, Palace and Peninsula hotels). We stayed at the Twin 40 room with an extra bed, and it was very spacious.
