Rooms are big compared to other standard rooms in Japan. Everyday they clean your room and put amenities. Vending machines and ice maker located in the 2nd floor. Free coffee with choices of cafe latte, capuccino, machiato(hot or cold) for guests who are checked in. Free coffee starts at 7am. Just show them your room key. Staff are friendly and helpful.

After much research on hotels in tokyo area, so far this is the best hotel for the price and space in terms of sqm. Room rates are around php10-11k per night with 50+ sqm as compared to other hotels or airbnbs in this area with same price but just 21+ sqm. Since im travelling with family with kids, we needed...

I chose this hotel for the size of it's rooms and it's very good location - and was very happy with my choice. The room is as big as advertised and very comfortable. Bed was good, work spaces were useful, lounge area good to relax, The bathroom is small but functional - good hot water and good quality towels. Our...

Very good place to stay for visiting Tokyo: easy access to subways stations, large rooms (with living area and large bed) and very well equipped. Akasaka is a central area in Tokyo well connected to main attraction in the city and a lot of restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Very friendly staff, clean rooms! I would go again...

Neat, well equipped and spacious rooms which are quite big for Tokyo standards and the location is very central with easy access to the underground station. Most of all, they have a 24 hour coffee shop that serves free coffee to the guests.

They serve excellent coffee for free. If you are looking for a hotel room in the center of Tokyo and need to work on your business proposal, articles and books, this would be a great place to do the last minute work. As a hotel, it has so many problems. The reception staff in general are not very nice and...

The rooms are great, the have a good size and structure. But the staff at the reception are horrible. The pretend they don't understand you speaking english. Two of them gave a very wrong information, they didnt assume, and even helped to get the situation better. Their mistake cost me U$750

Bathroom could be cleaner (slight mildew on the grout); however, this didn't hamper our trip. A man and woman seem to be the hotel maids and they are a very nice couple who will take note if you come back to your room not being cleaned. After the first day of this, the older man made a point to always...

Hotel is well located in Akasaka, close to the metro and lots of restaurants and shops. Rooms are huge by Tokyo standards (appear to be converted apartments). Rooms are not new but clean and well furnished. Beds of typical Japanese firmness (more so than N. America) but good size. Our room had a mild smell (musty or old smoke) but...
