I stayed at the M innsomnia for 2 nights. The staffs were very nice & helpful. We booked for the 40 - room type which was still soooo spacious, modern, and good functions, never got this big room in tokyo before. Large sofa, working desk, kitchen, big wardrobes & bathroom. Coffee at unir cafe was great. You can hv unlimited...

The Innsomnia is not on an airport limousine route, so it is necessary to arrive by taxi or metro. The room (a "40") was large but stark and dim. The air conditioner blew a draft over both beds. We had breakfast a block away at McDonald's. There is no restaurant in the hotel but many in the neighborhood. We had...

Thank you for your valuable comments. We understood that the air-conditioner is uncomfortable for guests and we would like to consider with it. We would like to endeavor to grow up our services and willing to do it. Thank you.

The reason I gave it an average score was because none of the hotel staff actually spoke enough English to get some answers to questions, AND the pillows were the worst I have ever had in a hotel - felt like hard tiny beads encased in a sack. It was clearly a hotel for Japanese businessmen. The room was large...

Stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. Newly refurbished clean hotel with lots of modern touches. Location is near the station. The rooms were huge by Tokyo's standard. It came in handy with our 2 kids with us.

This is one of the biggest hotel rooms I've stayed at in Tokyo (excluding the Imperial, Palace and Peninsula hotels). We stayed at the Twin 40 room with an extra bed, and it was very spacious. The hotel was recently renovated and changed its name. Service was excellent. They provided the basics (towels, amenities) and provided them generously. Coffee was...

I stayed there for a couple of nights on a business trip. The rooms are very big and bright. It feels a little bid outdated and doesn't match with the cool coffee downstairs, which is very modern and warm. Staff were very polite and efficient.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our first visit to Tokyo. Hotel was extremely clean and rooms were spacious. Best part is the free gourmet coffee for guests. Pastries were separate but very delicious! Location is convenient as its close to subway station. Less than 5 minute walk. Great little bars and restaurants nearby, but also away from the...

great place if you want to stay in the city and not break the bank. the rooms are modern and quite but are rather simple. the bathrooms are outdated and need some tlc. the coffee shop with free coffee for hotel guests is awesome and the team, mostly young, is very very polite and efficient.

I found this hotel quite different than usual as they have quite different perspective. You may think that you are at wrong place as it looks like only a coffee shop by the entrance. Located only 100 mt from Akasaka's Tokyo Metro Station (Chyoda Line), this Hotel is perfect for mid budget travellers with high expectations: rooms are bigger than the average you may find in Tokyo, (mine was more than 40 sq meters), perfectly clean, large and comfortable beds, a lot of amenities and a small well equipped kitchen.
