Good location, just next to the shopping mall. Nice view from the hotel room, the skytree tower and the tokyo tower (depends on the room located). Good service. But there is no shuttle bus from Haneda airport. The shuttle bus from Narita airpot end the service at around 17:50 (depends on which terminal). The room is buig enough for 2 person.

Just visited RC Tokyo because I considered the hotel for my 1 week stay in Tokyo. As soon as I entered the hotel, after a longtime searching the entrance thru the modern shopping centre, I was shocked to find myself in a totally dated decoration. It got worse arriving at Lobby with a nasty smoky stench I immediately had to...

The rooms are great, service superior, location one of the best with access to subways, shops, dining. Breakfast in main dining area is first rate. The French dining spot was excellent; the Japanese restaurant was only good at best. Overall well worth the price.

What can I say. The Ritz-Carlton knows what they are doing. From the minute we arrived, until checkout 3 nights later, it was just excellent. The location in the Midtown building (Roppongi) with a park outside for the kids to play in, and with the subway more or less in the basement, just perfect. The view from the 45 floor...

There is a beautiful shopping concourse downtairs with lovely low key meals and shopping available. Just outside the hotel is a lovely little park (where little ones can run free barefoot) and an adjacent outdoor whiskey bar and...

The Ritz staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, easy and fun. I have mobility issues, but when they took my colleagues and I on an insider's tour of the fish market, they arranged for me to ride on one of the transport vehicles so I didn't have to miss out or walk too much. Overall,...
