The attention to detail was the first part of a great stay! The room was fantastic and the service was second to none! Great place and great staff! The bar offered one of the best views of the Tokyo skyline and at night it was a phenomenal view. The room also offered a great view of the Imperial Gardens and...

The Ritz-Carlton sits at the top of one of Tokyo's tallest buildings and has great views of the city. Our room was very large and well maintained. The bathroom comes with many amenities, although soap and shampoo supplied were meagre for a hotel of this quality. Service is very good and the staff are friendly and obliging. The pool and...

Have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Tokyo more than 10 times over the last few years on business and holiday. Really love this hotel. Excellent location at the top of the wonderful Midtown tower in Roppongi which is well connected to the Tokyo metro system (everything is close: Shibuya, Omotesando, Ginza, Marunouchi are all a few stops away). The...

excellent staffs and services!! We felt like a guest of the city! We have a view to the Tokyo Tower which made us a fabulous night to stay in Tokyo as the last night of the entire trip. Cosy and chilled lobby with a band performance at our visit. Location is good for those by car or taxi.

Everything was perfect. The staff were amazingly amazing. Unfortunately, breakfast area were extremely small and not much of varieties to choose. If you wish to have your breakfast from 8 o'clock onwards, you must wait in the line for the table which could takes around half an hour.

Upon arrival to the Ritz Carlton Tokyo we were welcomed as if we were home. Check in was truly fun as we were whisked away to the 53rd floor and made comfortable in the Club Lounge. The property is at center convenience location and with many night activities and restaurants and mall opens late hours with quiet 5 minutes walk from hotel. The hotel price on this property was reasonable.
