If you are looking for a very nice breakfast and a good night´s sleep in Tokyo, this is the place. Clean, affordable, courteous staff and nice location. 4 minutes to the Metro (Nagatacho/Akasaka-Mitsuke) and 5 min from Hotel Excel Tokyo where we got from Narita AIRPORT in an airport limousine bus. (Cost 3,100 yen a piece = worth it with...

We were very pleased with the well-appointed and large twin room facing Aoyami dori, the Akasaka Palace grounds and the Toyokawa Inari Tokyo Betsuin shrine. Though we had booked and prepaid a small twin room, upon arrival early (two hours before the official 3 pm check-in time), we were offered to upgrade to a larger room which was immediately available...

I made reservation for the Hotel Monterey Akasaka for Friday March 31st to Sunday April 2, 2017 for a total of $159.88 American currency through priceline.com through their “Express Deal” hotels. We also used a coupon of 10 percent off the hotel, which was sent directly to me from priceline. I will say that this hotel room for $80.00 a...

Good service, room was very clean and big enough for 2 persons and big luggages. Lots of nice little extras (pajamas, washroom comodities) . Quiet, very good location. We stayed there 6 day. Would totally recommend!

Had no problems with check-in or the room (save for trying to figure out the AC and air purifier). Found out food deliveries are not allowed, which was unfortunate. Otherwise, staff has been courteous, breakfast was alright, and I appreciate how close it is to Ginza Station, which gives you a straight shot (no transfers) to many sightseeing stops.

We stayed five nights room only. We got a deal on the hotel. It was spotless and in a great location. A short walk to a metro with the Ginza line and a few others (Akasaka mituse) and a longer walk to a Jr line. Staff were friendly but as we didn't have breakfast we did not see them very...

Hotel is located centrally in Tokyo with access to multiple stations and convenience stores. Rooms are cleaned every day with clean towels. They also provide soap for washing your hands, but also for taking showers (including shampoo and conditioner). The downside of the room is the bathroom sink, which is quite low to ground (even for a relatively short (1,75...

We stayed there for a week and find it ver convenient. The subway is really close ( 5 minutes walk) and there're a lot of restaurants around. In front of the Imperial Garden, we had a very nice view from our room. Very clean and nice employees.

This hotel is a bit out of the way from the most in-demand areas of Tokyo, so it was a bit cheaper which factored into our decision to stay here. We didn't mind it, but nothing really stood out for us to have us return. I think it's fair to say that this is a bit of a "what you...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. I stayed in about 30-40 different hotels in Japan and if you had a chance to visit Japan, you will also agree with me in that Japanese hotels and hospitality business do know how to treat their customers properly. I’ve never had unsatisfactory experience with any hotels in Japan….UNTIL TODAY. After 12 hr flight from LAX to Haneda, the flight...
