Had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Grand Fresa Akasaka for 6 nights. A very wonderful experience from the moment we checked in until the minute we checked out. The rooms were clean and the space inside is used to the utmost. The staff does a good job of communicating in English and is always happy to help with...

We booked the deluxe double room for 5 nights in October 2016. We travelled with 3 adults and 1 infant (16 months old). The location was very easy to find, a few minutes away from the Akasaka station. The exit closest to the hotel only has escalators up, and stairs down. There is a subway entrance with an elevator which...

It is located in a walking distance restaurants area, where you can find all kind of places for dinner. It is also very close to a metro station, which take you all around Tokyo. The rooms are very small, but comfortable and clean. You find all kind of amenities in the bathroom from toothbrushes to shampoo or hair brushes. The...

Great location & outstanding service. We were very impressed by the ladies at the front desk, constantly greeting us on our way in and out of the hotel. Service was warm and friendly, room was always cleaned and tidied. Great amenities, free wifi. There is an excellent cafe next door, make sure you get breakfast before your day journeys! Thank...

Grand Fresa Akasaka is a small and cozy hotel and would recommend to travelers who want some quiet places with convenience. Love the location as it's right next to metro station (Chiyoda line) and while the street has many restaurants, it's not as busy as in other major shopping area. Another reason I like the location is its proximity to...

The hotel is just next to one of the metro station exits. Many restaurants in the area. Staff was friendly upon arrival and I was happy they checked me in in Japanese - I still remembered how to speak it. But upon check out they spoke English to me - so staff should be able to speak English if you...

The room was very small but efficient and I was not in it a lot. The room was very clean and it had a refrigerator which was a godsend as I have Celiac Disease so was able to bring my own cereal and there was a convenient store nearby so i could get milk, fruit and yogurt. The coffee shop...

As with other places in Japan, pyjamas and slippers are in the room. Location was great, close to the Metro. Room was small as elsewhere in Toyko, but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Fresa has a perfect location 2 min. Away from Akasaka station. Rooms are clean and the room is clean up very nice. Air conditioning makes it possible to sleep even though it is hot. Front desk is really nice and helpful. There is a cafe with business center next to the lobby. They serve good coffee:-)

Very small room but clean, comfy bed, and equipped with all mod cons. Great location near to lots of restaurants, cafes, bars etc and next to Akasaka metro - a few stops away from Harajuku. You can walk to Roppongi. Good value for money by Tokyo standards.
