Fantastic hotel experience! Wonderful, respectful staff, great ambience. THe executive lounge is great, so as the Michelin star restaurant and the Japanese breakfast. The room had a nice view, and was very well equipped and clean. I can only highly recommend!!!

We booked this hotel based on its location steps away from the famed Shibuya pedestrian crossing for the last night of our trip to Japan......such a pity.......
This hotel can be easily accessed by public transportation, in this case we took the JR train to get to it and the hotel is literally right across the street.
We were very positively surprised from the moment we set foot into the lobby area, the hotel is truly delightful with a calming ambiance in the midst of such a busy area of Tokyo.
Check-in is fast and efficient, lifts will take you really quick to your room. We booked an Executiv room which we were really glad we did. It was fairly large in size with a very comfortable bed, a desk for working and a very nicely appointed bathroom with branded amenities.
Executive rooms will grant you access to their Executive lounge which is a nice oasis to relax after a day of walking around the area. Typical hotel exec club amenities can be found here.
Tokyo is a very big city so if you are going to be staying mostly in that part of town, I would not hesitate to book this property, you'll be happy you did. Expect a perfectly balanced mix of Japanese efficiency and hospitality with a Western hotel experience.

My stay at the Cerulean Tower must be one of my favourite ever stays. Upon checkin, as a Expedia Gold VIP member I was given a room upgrade to a corner room on a high floor. It was beautiful - think “Lost in Translation” looking out over Tokyo beautiful. From the window you could see the Shibuya crossing Starbucks but you’re so high up that you don’t get the noise. You could also see Mount Fuji!
The service throughout the hotel was exemplary, from the check in staff to being shown around the room, and those working in the restaurant, bars and spa.
I would suggest to the hotel that breakfast and spa access should be included, though I would also gratefully note that my room upgrade came with spa access. The swimming pool and jacuzzi is beautiful and very quiet.
The breakfast room is very well featured and has incredibly attentive staff (a fantastic first experience of Japanese hospitality) though at 3000¥ per person/day you may wish to get your own elsewhere or go for an inclusive package.
I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Tokyo now - thank you Cerulean Tower Tokyu!

We have were in Curelean Tower Tokyo Hotel for our meeting recently. This hotel is situated just five minutes walk from the famous Shibuya Crossing of Tokyo It is also equal distance from Shibuya First Street, where many local food stores are located.
This hotel is just one bus stop from Narita Airport. You can purchase a ticket inside the Arrival Hall for 3500 yen and take the bust outside at berth 10. In one hour and ten minutes you will be right outside this hotel. Going from hotel to airport is again one stop from the hotel lower lobby.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and big.

We had arranged a 3 day stay over the busy New Year period to meet our son travelling up from Australia. The hotel kindly put us in adjoining rooms. We paid extra for the executive floor which proved wonderful. It gives you access to the lounge on floor 35 where you can have a lovely buffet style breakfast ( smoked salmon included) looking out with marvellous views of the city and Mount Fuji. The breakfast was included in the price and along with afternoon tea and nibbles also included unlimited alcoholic drinks which included Tattinger Champagne, wine, bottled bear , spirits etc between 5.30 & & 7.30. The room itself was clean, large ( we had a queen room) with all modern fitments , gadgets and of course the heated toilet seat ! The hotel itself is situated about a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station which has marvellous links to and from airport and the Tokyo train network. Being in Shibuya the access to shops was excellent. Plenty of restaurants and eating places nearby but not too many of the higher quality. We ate in the French Restaurant in the Hotel one night which was very nice, but also very expensive. We had a great time there, and the staff go out of their way to be very polite and helpful. Overall thoroughly recommended

Stayed at this hotel because it was at Shibuya which was really fun for my family with two adult sons. Just a short walk to the famous crossings, shops, restaurants, subway and train stations. The staffs were always courteous and rooms are clean and comfortable. The concierge helped us with restaurant reservations via email weeks before we arrived. They would need your credit card to reserve; some busy restaurants would charge you for no show or late cancellation. Booked and prepaid this hotel early via Expedia with no trouble; got almost 20% discount, :-). Would go back to this hotel again.

I’ve stayed here numerous times, essentially become my favorite for the high value and consistency. I had a room on the 27th floor, so the view was always spectacular. There is a Starbucks next door (where many American technology companies are housed) and it is a super-easy walk of 4-5 blocks to the Shibuya train station via elevated pedestrian walkways. This hotel also seems to be a favorite for touring rock bands - I run into them at the restaurant off main lobby.

We took an airport limo from Narita airport straight to this hotel (approx 1.5hrs). Staff were very friendly & service was excellent. Shortly after checking in we walked 5mins to the famous Shibuya crossing. Main streets were lively with so many people on a Friday night and Main Street full of food choices. We even found the beautiful statue of Hachi. The hotel is so close to all this which was why we chose it. Great hotel, clean rooms with amenities. City view was amazing. Concierge was a great help with advising on transport to Yokohama Port by train (about 40mins) to start our cruise the next day.

We stayed in Cerulean for a total of 6 nights. Our flight to Tokyo was delayed and it was a hectic morning to say the least. As soon as we got to the hotel, we were immediately assisted with our luggages and in 10 mins I had the keys to our room (booked through a travel agent and paid everything ahead).
Our room had two double beds (there is a rollout option) and it was larger compared to most hotels in Tokyo. The bathroom was complete with all the toiletries you may need and they even prepared a special set for my son that included really cute bedroom slippers.
Location was good. Great for those who want to be in Shibuya but still on the quieter side. The train station was nearby and the hotel was very accessible to taxis.
They had a fire drill for their staff members on the last day of our stay. They sent in notices the night before and it didn’t really affect us in anyway. It was actually good to know that they are prepared for emergencies.
We would definitely stay here again. My little boy enjoyed the view from our window and on days when it’s not cloudy, we got to see Mt. Fuji. Check-out was also just as fast as check in. Good coffee shops (like white glass coffee or chimney coffee) were nearby for those who prefer a light breakfast instead of the buffet.

The hotel was very comfortable, the room is quite roomy, and the service was top notch. Location wise was very good, easy access to Shibuya station, also very convenience for us when we using baby stroller to go around. The staffs were very helpful. Definitely recommended to our friends.
