Great spot close to food outlets. The staff were very obliging with the dilemma I had in room bookings and could not have been nicer. Only stayed for one night so didn't explore too much but the area appeared to be very vibrant being only one block from Shibuya crossing.

Our room was clean and comfortable if a bit small. I particularly liked the fact that you can open the window for fresh air. It's a little out of the way from the core Shibuya hustle but that has its advantages (it's and easy stroll). There's a shabby but friendly Denny's over the road that's a great spot for a...

The hotel is in Shibuya, a very nice and exciting place, and next to the main stations, shops, and anything you need. The rooms are not very big but comfortable, the furniture is not very new. The toilet is very small, as everywhere in Japan...

Stayed here for 4 days. Rooms are smallish - Japan style. Still they're clean and comfortable. Everything you need really. Unlike some other reviewers, we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - about 6-7 minutes to Shibuya station and even closer to the fun part of Shibuya with loads of eating options. We'd happily stay here...

Stayed here for 3 days. The hotel has small rooms . Found the staff a little too rule based . E.g. They serve the breakfast from 630-930. On my checkout date I asked at 625 , if I could give the coupon and just take the juice ( as was in a hurry ), the staff rudely said "No" only...

Rooms were clean and hotel is in a solid location, but check out attendant was extremely rude. Everything was pretty solid up to that point. We apologized for our late check out and told the front desk to charge us whatever they needed to, to make up for it. They called every hour yelling at us telling us to hurry...

There has been miscommunication regarding luggage delivery but the staff was very attentive and mitigate the situation quickly. Furniture and room condition is quite old fashioned and a bit run down but overall stay is good. The room space is acceptable.

Excellent location. Short walk from Shibuya station and near many restaurants, bars, and stores. Nice modern hotel and the staff is friendly and helpful. The solo room is a bit small, however it's about standard from what I've seen of solo rooms at other Tokyo hotels and was also clean and comfortable. Still a great value for the money.

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
