This is a nice, clean hotel located near Shibuya station. It is a Western-style hotel, but with eastern style size rooms. Great if you don't plan on spending too much time in the room. The staff is friendly and speak English very well. The hotel is not easy to find, so arranging for directions before getting to the station is...

I stayed here for three nights in April. The Bus from the airport stops at the train station nearby, but with all the construction, don't even think about trying to walk to the hotel. I gave up after half an hour and just hailed a taxi. I still don't have a clue how to get to the hotel from Shibuya...

Really easy to get to this hotel via NEX (Narita Express). It is basically right at NEW SOUTH EXIT. So takes 3 minutes walking after arriving at Shibuya Station. Many reviewers said one needs to pay in order to walk through the station in order to get to this hotel, but in fact, when we told the station staff that...

Awesome hotel! This is my first time in Tokyo and I’m so glad I pick this hotel especially for a female who struggles with luggage. We used the JR NEX train from Narita Airport to Shibuya, exit out the train, up the escalator to New South Exit and the hotel is right there. There were toothbrush with toothpaste, hair brush,...

Good value for money, included breakfast as well. For the location and the quality of the rooms, I am surprised there are so many average points... You are holidaying in the 2nd most expensive part of Tokyo - one of the most expensive cities in the world. What do you get in Sydney CBD for $100 US a night? Front...

We had a few days in Tokyo before we headed to Niseko to ski. Had our big ski bag with us plus luggage. Narita Express train drops you at the platform nearest to the hotel. So easy to find. New south exit, it has signs and the lift from the top of the escalators took us straight to reception. Amazing!...

Fairly new hotel located inconvenient part of Shibuya. It is right next to "New South" exist of JR line But this exist is only for Saikyo line (and Shonan line). If you wanted to go to Metro line or any other line, you'd have to buy 140 yen ticket to pass though the station, walk like 10 munits. Otherwise walk...

Shibuya station is labyrinthine and huge, but if you follow the new south exit signs (and some specific signs for the hotel) you will be fine, and led directly to the hotel door. Highly convenient and safe! Totally recommend as Shibuya crossing is part of the fun of Japan, and there are lots of eateries nearby. I would either stay...

I ended up staying at this hotel because the hotel where I normally stay was sold out. This hotel was a great alternate. In many ways, it is typical of a Japanese business hotel. The rooms are clean and functional but small. The convenience cannot be overstated. The hotel is located in the Shibuya train station, which is connected to...

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
