Good choice in Shinjuku Tokyo, not too far from the main station. Staff are nice and efficient. Rooms are nice too, very clean and comfortable. Have been here for several times, and the service quality is well maintained.

In a very interesting and convenient location just 10 mins from JR Shinjuku, right in the heart of Kabuki-cho where all the action of Shinjuku is. But very safe as the reception is at level 3 instead of the usual ground floor so away from the sleaze etc. Room sound proofing is excellent as you can't hear all the noise...

Location was great, about 5 to 10 mins from Shinjuku JR station. Lots of shopping and dining options in the area. Room was of a good size, there was even space for a small sofa in the room, and the bathroom was spacious and well-lit too! :)

We stay at this hotel for more than 5 times. Since the location is good, it always be our first choice if we come to Tokyo. As we always come with our child, clean and tidy envionment is our main concern. Their bathroom is quite spacious (comparing with other hotels in Shinjuku with similar price) when we take shower with...

The hotel location is good especially if you are a UFO catcher fan. The hotel room is clean and pleasant. The staffs are nice and service is good. There is also a 24 hour convenience store at the ground floor level.

Tiny rooms with no storage space so allow for suitcases to sit on the bed floor or the only small settee. No available drawers to use. Only one person at a time can move around the room because of suitcases. Breakfast is too expensive and not very good. The location is good. Close to railway stations and the main road....

That Citadines is a very pleasant local, with confortable rooms and nice staff. it's location is very good near train and metro station. There a lot of restaurants and shops near and also the nice Shinjuku Park. Even the noise of the Kabukicho area we dont't listen from the apartments.

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
