This is a business hotel conveniently located in front of Seibu Shinjuku station and at the entrance of Kabukicho. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and many restaurants are close to the hotel. It's just 10 min walk from JR Shinjuku station, and 5 min walk from Subway Toei Oedo Line's Shinjuku-Nishiguchi(west entrance) station, and thus this...

It is a good hotel but they use brown and dark colors more that is not happy. In my room everything was brown. They hadn't put separate small soup and shampoo (hair and body). It is not good from hygienic point if view. I stayed there for 1 week. Everyday the bearkfast was the same.

This is this first time I stayed in this hotel. Staff members are very nice and helpful, location is just in the heart of Shinjuku and Kabukicho, great for food and shopping as it is just a minute away. Though the size of room is rather small, still acceptable for us as we were out of hotels for sightseeing for...

The hotel is conveniently located inside Kabukicho and is walking distance to major JR and subway stations, shops, diners, red light area, etc. Room is small as if other Japanese hotels but tidy. The hotel is not smoke free and you can smell that everywhere. Have sent two mails to the hotel to request for non smoking room and floor, but...

Stay there during my trip in November. Staff is nice as usual (I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times). Location is nice and very convenience. Around 10 mins walk from Shinjuku JR station. Stayed here for four nights. The front house staff was less than accomodating as we did not request a non smoking room and wasn't willing to change (despite having a vacant room) unless we pay an extra 36000 yen for the four nights. The whole hotel had a funny run down funky smell throughout with each floor having a distinct...

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The most noticeable thing was how quiet it ended up being. Despite being mere steps from the beating heart of Shinjuku (location: a huge plus on its own), we heard nary a sound inside the hotel. Furthermore, we did not hear any of our neighbours either (talking, TVs, toilets flushing, showers, etc) despite...

The hotel was difficult to find with the front entrance in an alley. The room was comfortable and good value for Tokyo. Do not expect much other than a place to stay. The hotel has an oldish odor, not very pleasant. However the reception desk was excellent and friendly. Close to everything including a Family Marty convenient store.

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
