Well located a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station, this hotel is perfect if you're traveling on a budget and need a clean simple place to stay. They don't offer much more than a very small room, but it was spotless and, I think, newly renovated. Good value for money in expensive Tokyo but a bit tight.

Fantastic location very near to Shinjuku for a reasonable price, helpful staff (the clerk was very kind and changed my reservation at the last minute without additional charging) and the room was very clean, with a water boiler and space to hang my coat. I slept very well despite the hotel was undergoing a renovation (no noise during the night)....

The hotel was located in a convenient location - 2 minutes walk from Nishi-shinjuku metro station and 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku station. The room was tiny but not any tinnier than most commercial hotel in Tokyo. The room was clean and equipped with moisturizer, very considerate! The bed was comfortable. Above all, the counter staffs were the most friendly...

I had a ten days trip with only myself in Japan. I stayed in this hotel twice, one before they re-decorated their rooms and one after. The re-designed room is quiet simple but well-organized and comfortable. The whole experience is perfect. The room is clean and has everything you need.

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
