Went for family trip , no children all adult with a room for 4 pax and 2 double room. The double room are quite small however the 4 pax room is comfortable for us. The hotel has great access to the subway and convenient stores are just around the corner of the hotel.

My Wife and I stayed here for 1 night on the last night of our trip in Tokyo. We've stayed at a number of hotels in and around Tokyo as well as Air BnBs. E Hotel is in a good location, nice coffee shop right next door and a 10 minute walk from main area with all the shops and... More

We stayed at the E Hotel on the first trip of a tour of Japan. We arrived after a 11 hour flight about one hour before the official check in time and asked if we could check in early. The reply was we could but we would be charged a half day's room rate for doing so, so we just... More

My partner and I stayed at the E Hotel when we arrived in Japan, yes the rooms are really small but we were able to manage that and my partner he is over 6 feet tall! For the price and the location you can make it work. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful when... More

Comfortable bed, clean room and very convenient location. The hotel is located just 1 min away from the metro exit. The room is considered spacious with 2 twin bed and a sofa bed in japan just the toilet is abit too small to move around.

We have to move to E Hotel from APA hotel just across the street as APA hotel is on centralized system so you can't on the air conditioner in October as it was switched to heater instead and it's super warm like summer. Finally, We are able to get a good sleep at E Hotel as it allowed us to... More

The reason I was choosing to book at E Hotel was because the affordable price and convenient location. The room was smaller than expected but we got used to it because coming here we already prepared for how small accommodation in Tokyo is, so no complaint, the cleanliness is all matter. Staffs were nice and friendly speaking good English. There... More

In my opinion bad value for the price we paid (85 euros/night ), breakfast not included. I understand this is Tokyo but seriously this is unbelivable. The room is small, (2 persons cannot move at the same time or open the bagagge)but the bathroom is really tiny, with only 2 squared metres the room wouldn't be so bad. At least... More

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
