The room was spacious by Tokyo standards. It is well equipped and room service is good. The location is good especially for those who are looking a quiet and comfortable place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. It is two stations away from Shinjuku via the Marunouchi line and a handful of konbini (Family Mart, Lawson and 7-11)...

Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. Nicely appointed rooms. A bit of a walk from trains especially with bags but still bearable. Very safe and close to some good food outlets. Close to restaurants and all the action of Shinjuku. Also close to the lovely gardens- well worth a look

Great size room for week long stay. Very clean and excellent service when required. Location is a good 10-15 minute walk from JR Shinjuku station. Some great shopping, eat out and self catering options close by.

Stayed here for 4 evenings on my expedition to explore restaurants in Tokyo! As there was an anomaly with my reservation not specificing a non-smoking room, the front desk agent upgraded me to an Executive Studio that was non-smoking. ...I guess those are the risks for booking using credit card points... Studio was large by Japanese standards although the sofabed...

Excellent Services, Good interiors and very accommodating employees. Will be back soon. The hotel is near the places we wanted to go. Train station is just 500-800 meters away. Plus good food and other items can be found within the area.

Great apartment/studio overall. This was my first visit to Japan and second placed I stayed in Tokyo. After staying my first night in a very expensive hotel in Shinjuku, checking into this place and staying there for 4 nightswas great! Citadines was around half the cost, and almost at the same level as very expensive competitor. Very friendly and helpful...

These apartments are spacious and bright particularly for Tokyo. Small kitchenette makes them very practical while the staff are helpful and speak English. Supermarkets and restaurants are located nearby.

This hotel is amazing the rooms were so so so big and everything was supplied in them. The beds were huge and we had so much space after a few very very tiny rooms we didn't no what to do in it? It was the first time we could actually wash all ours clothes and the laundromat was brilliant lots...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
