I stay at Keio Plaza Shinjuku almost every time when I am in Tokyo. The location is really convenient if you need to travel around Tokyo. JR and underground station is nearby with 5 mins walk. Staff speaks good English and very polite. This time I feel a bit disappointed. The room is spacious comparing to some other hotels. But...

My family loved this hotel with many nice restaurants, when I was a kid. Then, I used this hotel many times for business, when I grew up and moved from Tokyo. This is a huge hotel with many nice rooms and restaurants in a very convenient location. This hotel has a convenience store, a bar with nice view, and even...

Its proximity to Shinjuku and train stations is one of its best qualities not to mention the spacious rooms with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for the nanny. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The free ride to Disneyland and Disneysea is an added bonus. So many quality restaurants in the hotel. Our family was very...

We stayed here twice during a recent trip to Japan on The recommendation of a friend. The hotel is huge, occupying two towers in Shinjuku, but it didn't feel overwhelming of anything. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. Our rooms on both stays were excellent with great views (we had a city view one stay and the opposite side...

The hotel is very nice, especially the front desk. The guest services desk was good, but not outstanding. My Plaza Luxe Room was very nice and extremely clean. My biggest complaint was the gym as the dumbbells were too limited. Great cardio, but that was about it. Can't beat the hotel location.

This was our first trip to Tokyo ever! A colleague recommended Keio Plaza, as we had no clue where to stay in Tokyo. She had stayed at the hotel when she ran Tokyo Marathon in 2014. Before even getting there we liked the fact it is situated within walking distance to Shinjuku Station, where the train from Natrita Airport arrives/departs....

A really very good comfortable clean hotel. We upgraded to give us access to the club lounge (34th floor) which also gave us breakfast in the very quiet and peaceful cocktail lounge each morning (truly far from the madding crowd!!). Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
