Excellent hotel with a convenient location in a good area of Tokyo. The subway is a 5-minute walk away, with everything you need nearby – shops, coffee and water machines, breakfast cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and friendly, and the staff are always available to help. Rooms are cleaned daily, clean, new. On the 2nd floor there is a private laundry where you can wash and dry things if necessary. The water at the hotel reception is only 50 yen. Definitely recommend the hotel!

We used this hotel as the basis for our six day visit to Tokyo. It is close to several subway lines as well as the mainline to Narita airport.
The rooms are small as all hotel rooms in Tokyo. In spite of the small room the beds were quite large although a bit hard. Breakfast consisted of three set meals which were quite boring after a couple of days. Had it not been included we would have taken breakfast outside the hotel.
Several small restaurants nearby and plenty of restaurants close to the Ueno station.
We got a very good deal at hotels.com for this hotel so it was great value for money!

Pretty good overall for the price and location. The breakfast could be a bit better but other than that no complaints. The beds were nice and the rooms were quiet with blinds that make the room completely dark. There is a train station next to the hotel as well for easy travel to Shinjuku.

We decided on the location, but it exceeded our expectations.
They happened to upgrade to a larger room on the top floor, and the bathroom was large enough for us to rest comfortably. The night and morning sky tree view was also great.
The breakfast was very good (the smoked salmon coleslaw was especially good!) and I was able to sit back and enjoy it in my room, which was very satisfying. We recommend you purchase a breakfast pass.

Fairly cheap hotel, in a good location, not far from Ueno station. The rooms are actually very small but still functional. The breakfast is not very varied, but still acceptable. Minus the fact that, given the scarcity of space to make it, they allow you, or rather, invite you to consume it in the room, where the spaces are certainly not superior. Recommended for the relationship between quality and price, which in Tokyo is often unbalanced towards the latter.

Room on the 11th floor spacious and in a quiet environment. Comfortable king bed.Shower and bathtub very clean. A 10- to 15-minute walk from Ueno Station. If you prefer to get from the train station to the Pension by taxi very affordable fare $8.00 CAN. All staff are attentive to our requests and a special mention to NISHIBASHI for their assistance in an issue of an upcoming Inn Reservation outside Tokyo.

A very well located hotel, it was easy to access DisneyLand and Central Tokyo.
The staff are friendly. There are two laundry machines, in-room fridges, a safe, a tv etc. The only thing that would have improved the service for me would be access to a microwave.
Although I am not expecting to be able to speak English in Japan (I'm perfectly fine working things out in Japanese), their English was extremely good in case that is of concern to someone visiting Tokyo for the first time.
The WiFi was very fast, no complaints.
The room was very narrow, what I expect in Tokyo though. There were no problems but it didn't stand out.
Something that is not unique to this hotel but I like to mention is that it would be nice to have a hdmi socket or way to plug our device into the TV. It's quite nice to be able to connect our own laptop to watch a TV show before bed.

We stayed here last September for 6 nights. The hotel had everything you need and was very clean. Some rooms in Japan are very small, but this was not too bad. It is close to the metro and some shops and restaurants.
The staff were friendly and nice and I would happily stay here again.it was also a good price

I had booked a twin room, but due to the availability of the room, they upgraded it for free and offered a universal twin. The room is also large and separate bath and toilet, which was very good. The receptionist was very polite.
The only regret was that there were no chairs in the bathroom washroom.

Enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location near the metro, with plenty of nightlife and dining options. The city is vast but the area is accessible with the Akihabara and Asakusa districts within walking distance. The staff too is helpful and attentive. Would stay again.
