The hotel is very centrally located with walking distance to many attractions. The room was clean and fresh, although the window really only gave us a view into the house next door. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is good. The hotel has the possibility to wash your clothes and a lounge at the top of the building where you can enjoy various drinks (not alcohol) and snacks, free of charge.

Staying at Asakusa View Hotel Annex Roku was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated close to numerous attractions and just a short walk from both subway and train stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo. While a transfer is needed from Haneda Airport, the journey is straightforward and manageable.
The accommodations themselves were comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room had everything necessary for a pleasant stay, with modern amenities that catered to every need.
One of the highlights of the hotel was the excellent lounge located on the top floor, offering breathtaking views of the Tokyo skyline and the iconic Tokyo Radio Tower. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with complimentary tea, soft drinks, and traditional sweets adding to the charm of the experience.
Overall, Asakusa View Hotel exceeded expectations with its prime location, comfortable rooms, and a top-notch lounge experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Tokyo while enjoying a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This was a favorite hotel during our family’s trip to Japan. We loved the tatami mat sleep area, the very nice bathroom, and the above-average room size for a two adults and one child. It was very comfortable with many nice extras like the 10th floor lounge and regular cultural activities.
Great location near Sensoji temple - surroundjng streets are very walkable and have lots of great restaurants. Easy access (<5 min) to Tsukuba Express line Asakusa station and 10 min walk to Tokyo Metro Ginza line.

I recently stayed at this hotel for five nights, and overall, it provided a balanced experience with a few areas that could be improved.
The location is very convenient, close to Asakusa Temple and the nearby shopping streets. Although it’s a bit farther from the Asakusa and Ginza subway lines, the new and modern facilities make up for it. However, I felt the quality of the bath amenities could be improved.
The view from the rooftop lounge is wonderful, but it’s not ideal for those looking to relax. There was no clear communication at check-in about restrictions on wearing the in-room pajamas in the lounge or bringing drinks and snacks back to the room, which led to some inconvenience.
Breakfast was delicious, especially the main dishes, but during busy times, the flow was chaotic. From waiting at the entrance to being seated and placing orders, the process felt confusing and unorganized.
The staff at the second-floor front desk were excellent, but I noticed some issues with the room cleaning. Even after cleaning, there was still some dust and hair on the floor.
In summary, it was a fair experience, but considering the price, there may be other options nearby that offer a more refined stay.

The breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient to Sensoji Temple, Kappabashi Tool Street, and other places. I was also satisfied with the location, which was close to the station. At night, the Tokyo Skytree was visible from the lounge. I look forward to using your service again.

Unlike the exterior, the inside is incredibly cheaply built, which was shocking. It opened at a tricky time, so even if I interpret it in good faith that everything has gone up in price so it couldn't be built as originally planned, it still makes me angry, as there is no way they would have had such shoddy rooms for that price. Also, the merger of View Hotel and Huick has been announced, so things are probably not peaceful within the company, and the customer service didn't seem professional at all.
There are so many unnaturally good reviews on every site that it feels artificial...what do you all think?

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. A bonus was a hospitality lounge on the tenth floor where we enjoyed tea and fruit drinks in the evening overlooking Tokyo and the Sky Tree.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. Already knowing the Asakusa area well which is super convenient especially for those who will then move to the north of Japan, I chose this hotel given the excellent reviews. I don't know 5 stars only because in some small details the cleaning is not perfect, a little dust and a little dirt in the corners. I always add that my observations and evaluations are compared to Japanese standards which are very high. In Europe it would be a 5 star without problems. In America a 10 :)
