We stayed in one of the suites where you could sleep up to 6 people - barely. It was on the 11th floor and if the stock photos don't change, it was photos 65-75 in the slideshow. The back area can have 3 little futons pull out and 3 people can fit on the 2 full beds- 2 adults and a small kid was reasonable but the middle area had to deal with the crack in between the beds. We have a family of 6 and we barely fit into this 400 sq ft room - but we made it work. Lined up suitcases along one wall, moved the table against the other wall. The room was very clean and very functional. It had everything we needed in terms of amenities - sink, stove, microwave, laundry (it does wash and dry). As long as you don't plan to spend a ton of time in the room (even though we did for one afternoon b/c we were beat after a long travel day), this will suffice. It's a bit of a walk to the surrounding bus stops and rail stations but so is everything else in the greater Tokyo area. If we came back to the area with all 6 of us, we would likely consider coming back as this is about as reasonable and nice a place as you are going to find, esp in the UENO area.

This chain of hotels is one of the more interesting ones I’ve stayed at. I believe the intent is to provide apartment like housing for travelers on the go. The room we stayed in, the premium Japanese room, came with two standard full size beds as well as a little tatami nook with table and floor cushions. All rooms come equipped with things you would normally find in an apartment, like a full set of dishes, vacuum, and eating utensils. They even rent out hot pots for nabe and Nintendo switches free of charge! It would be fun to stay with a group and have a night in at your travel destination. Always conveniently located too. Will come back soon!

This time I stayed here for three nights. The couple had a great time staying here. I have never stayed in such a unique restaurant. It is amazing. There is a kitchen where you can cook. The nearby supermarket is a six-minute walk away. You can buy anything you want. Japanese meat is very cheap to buy. The quadruple room is very large, the space is well utilized, the bathroom is also very tidy, the entire living floor is very quiet, and the waiters are also very high-quality. Any needs can be met. It is very comfortable to live in. Next time I will still choose this hotel when I come to Tokyo, I highly recommend it

Hotel is very homey and feels safe with passwords to the elevator and room. There were two twin beds and 3 futons in my room and it doesn’t feel cramped even with 6 people. There is a washing machine in the room. Housekeeping doesn’t mess with your stuff and they refill everything (slippers, blankets, towels, etc.). Only drawback is there is no dedicated phone/landline in the room to immediately contact staff. Nevertheless, me and my family enjoyed our stay.

The room is very spacious with both a dining table and a tatami. Room and bathroom are both very clean and the bathroom water is sufficiently hot.
The cooking utensils are clean and with many choices and one good thing is dish detergent is available. We went to a 24-hour supermarket nearby and bought fresh local beef, fish and vegetables to cook and dined at the dining table, and then later had our dessert at the tatami.
The location is not too far away from the train station and there are a few convenient stores, supermarket and also Daiso nearby. We pretty much enjoyed our 1 night stay here. Only the checkout time is a bit early and we may need to rush our shopping a bit and the information provided during check-in was a bit brief and probably because we checked in late at night after our shopping

Stayed for a week - no regrets. Room as advertised: we had the base "standard family room" and we had plenty of room for 2. lots of room for luggage, plus storage under beds to slide suitcases. Lots of floor space, drawers for clothing, hangers/ pole for clothing. Very clean. Housekeeping halfway thru as it's more of an apartment-stay arrangement but we had plenty of clean fluffy towels, and they will remove any garbage you leave outside (leave outside btw. 7am - noon). Plenty of outlets, and USB charger outlets at bedside. Room had great air conditioning with easy to use remote. Really nice to have the table for 4 to use. Good size fridge and the freezer - stayed icy cold. Nice bathroom with storage space, hair dryer, scale. Bathroom has a wet room as well (separated by a door) with THE strongest shower pressure and the most epic, relaxing, very very deep soaking tub. Very nice & accommodating staff. You use a code for the elevator and for your room - so no need for a key card. They were able to store our luggage for us on checkout as we had some time before our flight - they provide you a little plastic number to turn back in for your luggage. Fabulous service when we were leaving- it was raining and they pulled out umbrellas and held them over us while they wheeled our luggage out to the car. So kind & friendly. Very nice neighborhood, very safe. 2 buildings down from a 24-hour 7-11 konbini and 1/2 block from a Lawson's konbini. Easy 10 minute walk from hotel to Ueno station to catch the JR Yamanote train line anywhere. Easy 15 minute walk to Kappabashi Kitchen Tools Street/ Asakusa and Senso-Ji Shrine/ Hoppy Street. 10-15 minute walk to Ueno Park.

I arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but they were able to store my luggage for me, which made it much easier to get around that day! There were many rental items, and the room was very clean. There were four of us and two of us had regular beds, and the other two were a sofa bed and a loft bed, but the sofa bed was much more comfortable than I expected. There was also a drum-type washing machine with a dryer in the room, so if you're staying multiple nights, it's recommended because you don't need to bring much luggage! I'd like to stay here again the next time I come to Tokyo!
