The hotel is very convenient, new so very clean. The bedroom was super tidy and clean, the location is very convenient and easy access to the ueno subway station. It is super quiet and you have plenty of restaurants nearby and a lot of convenience store like 7/11 or Lawson. The whole hotel is self check-in and if you need assistance, the owner replies very fast by email or through the camera. Very good and will come back
