The hotel has two towers (single hall & twin hall) The rooms in single hall are minuscule with no space to organise spare clothes. This is a sleeping pad only. The rooms in twin hall are reasonably sized with two beds and some space to have a friend or two over. The bed/s is/are +/- 1.20m wide and comfortable. TV is japanese programs only. This part of Tokyo has very few tourists and the shopping experience is fun, and yet nothing extravagant. The location made it a good place to stay during the Tokyo OIympics.
Stayed 4N in the twin room which is a bit cramped for our large luggage but made do with limited space. Onsen spa just renovated and for additional 400 yen per visit, guests can use the public bath house located on the site. Great bargain as I have paid much more for bath house so take advantage if staying there, we never used our shower. Of course you can't go if you have tattoos. Also very convenient is the Denny's restaurant, excellent menu and coffee/drink bar & if you are lucky the window tables have gorgeous view. Onsite is Hankyu market and store, dollar store, Family Mart, also 7/11 a block away; coffee cafe right past 7/11 is hidden gem; and many eating places nearby. Right across from Oimachi station Atre complex and Ito Yokado department store which is one of my favorites & Ito Yokado has great food court too. You can also catch airport bus, stop is right across street for less than 600 yen and they can take luggage too, didn't use it but checked it out when walking to Ito Yokado can pay with Pasmo or Suica or yen. Downside is it can be difficult to get a reservation here as they are always booked. Pajamas & bath ammenities not the best but sufficient…
The hotel is in an extremely convenient location - across the road from 2 train lines, and close to lots of local shops, eateries and supermarkets. It is clean and we had no issues. They are strict on the 2pm checkin time but you can leave your luggage there. On 5th floor there is ice machine and vending machine. 4th floor is laundry separating men & women, along with onsen. Shower head is abit strange as you have to pull the lever which runs for 30 seconds only. Rooms come with PJs, toothbrush, hair brush & shaver
A nice hotel with the subway just across the road. Very reasonable prices when travelling with the family. The breakfast was ok, we could find croissants and scrambled eggs amongst the Japanese foods. Rooms are tidy and quiet. Comared to the prices just 15min closer to city this was a good deal. There is couple of shopping malls nearby so you can eat and shop even around the hotel. A great sushi restaurant just below the hotel.
Just besides Oimachi subway. Oimachi is one station away of Shinagawa. The room is big and it equipped with user friendly fittings such as kettle (with keep warm function), big shower, big bathtub, all necessary toiletries. Besides hotel, there are two big shopping mall, plus 100Yen shop just at hotel 2nd floor & cosmetic shop with great discount. Airport shuttle bus (Keikyu bus) just in front of hotel (3 mins walk). Staff is polite and good service.
We stayed at the hotel for two weeks - my husband for work (mostly) and I was sightseeing and pursuing my hobby - patchwork and quilting. The hotel is very conveniently located - across the street from the very well connected Oimachi station. It was a breeze getting anywhere in Tokyo, as well as in the nearby smaller cities. The room was simple but stylish and the beds were very comfortable. The wifi was very reliable in the room,in the lobby, less so in the breakfast area. There was an electric kettle in the room and every day we got bags of macha tea. Toiletries were replenished daily, but no shower caps were provided - bring your own. Admittedly, I did not ask at the reception whether they could provide caps, maybe they would have obliged. Breakfast was not included, but could be taken in two different locations - one in a buffet form (very copious for just 1000 yen), the other - Japanese or continental (smaller for 600 yen). I would advise the buffet - predominantly japanese and very, very tasty. Don't be shy - ask the people serving for information and advice - they were extremely helpful explaining how ingredients should be combined. On the first three floors of the hotel building there is a plethora of small shops and restaurants, behind the station there is a shop where you can buy plug adaptors (ask me how I know ;-) ). If you want to experience japanese bathing - visit the spa on the fourth floor. There are both indoor and outdoor facilities, a steam bath with scrubbing salts, a sauna (a TV in it was an annoyance), a couple of warm and cold pools, relaxation areas, massages and drinks for an additional fee. The atmosphere in the women's part was very joyful - groups of friends use the occasion for a get-together. I've been reliably informed that the men were more subdued. I would warmly recommend staying at the Ours Inn Hankyu Oimachi.…
I've recently spent a week at Ours In Hankyu for a business trip to Japan. This is a very good hotel if you're seeking basic amenities, a good position and good confort. The Hotel is in fact located right in front of the train station which connects the entire Tokyo metro area, which makes it fantastically confortable. The rooms are spacipus enough and clean, while the team managing the hotel is always quite kind. Only minor issue, most of the workes have a hard time understanding and speaking English. Highly suggested for business trips.
This hotel is conveniently located in Shinagawa, right across Oimachi Train station. It was very clean, comfortable and relaxing to stay in the double bed unit. The amenities were excellent along with free wi-fi and the free breakfast was awesome. Such a great way to start the day. There were many shops within walking distance, like UNIQLO and many restaurants too. It was easy to catch the train from the hotel. I would not mind staying there again.
Functional and no frills hotel with all the amenities included. Nearby to train stations, supermarket, shopping Malls and even banks and car rental companies. Clean and well maintained hotel. Facilities within the hotel like sento is good
Ours Inn Hankyu is a really compact, well-designed hotel in the Shinagawa district, just 30 minutes away from all the main shopping places(if you're into that). The check-in counter is at level 3 but the lift from the ground level takes you straight up to your room without having to change elevators. The room is small but well-designed and seems to come with everything that you need for a stay. It's located right next to the oimachi station and has about 3 or 4 convenience stores nearby with a huge supermarket and malls in the same area. The rooms are very, very clean and the staff always courteous. They also allowed us to leave our luggage at their counter because our flight was late and check-out was at 10am. Will definitely be back again.
