We have stayed here for 2 weeks end of July / early August and had a great time. Arriving on Saturday means queuing for a while and apparently you can arrive on different days, so if preferred you can select other arrival days, also during summer! Some of the comments are correct, the beds are rather hard and a bit...

We selected this location as a stopover on the way home, travelling from Spain. We stayed for two nights and actually it is quite complicated to have just two nights in the parc, compared to booking a hotel. We had to organize bed linnen, towels, toilletteries, etc for just two nights where staying at a hotel wouldn´t have brought all...

At our late evening arrival we got a bungalow that was very dirty. The personnel was aware of the dirty bungalows and they had it cleaned for us the next day. Too bad it was still dirty after the unfriendly cleaners 'cleaned' it. We've heard from other guests that their bungalows were also very dirty when they arrived. We've also...

We arrived here in late June, and stayed for 11 nights. We arrived in the evening and the reception was closed. Next morning we checked in at reception. The complex was larger than we anticipated, but a lot of houses were vacant. The swimming pool was basic enough and small, it was not the cleanest but was still enjoyable to...

We arrived on the 30th May and the reception staff were more than helpful. Make sure you know how many bedrooms you book as we had one bedroom and beds in lounge. This was not as expected and previously we had booked for two people and had a two bed roomed accommodation . We had to pay over a hundred...

A year since my last visit and the staff have been very friendly, the accomodation good and the facilities very well maintained. I would heartily recommend this as a base to explore the minervois and the canaldu midi. My only hope is that a brilliant experience review won't make my next booking too expensive . Go and enjoy and remember...

This is not the place to go if you want 5-star service and all mod cons. You'll need to pay extra for sheets and towels, and clean the place yourself when you leave unless you want to shell out another 50 euros. But if you like cracking a bottle of rose and sitting under the jasmine, looking out over the...

The place is very quiet and even in August with a lot of people, still quiet enough. We really enjoyed the lake and the location was very good. A lot of nice places to visit. Very near to the canal midi. The villa was clean. Everything we needed was present. Reception good and friendly. We were happy about our stay.

Port Minervois is a quiet and pleasant holiday resort, which seems like a small private village made of nice villas for 4 to 10 persons, built in the colourful Provencal style, and that you can rent for a week; or just for a few nights, which makes it very convenient. It is ideally located in the small village of Homps,...
