Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Good food and amazing service. Will come here again for sure. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly. I encourage all women to get a massage from “Amina”. She gave me the best message I have ever gotten, truly wonderful hands.

it is really impressive how the improvement is done year by year. Starting with the perfect hospitality to the comfortablelty and several choices to spend your Time ( so nice beach Area & close swimming pool to the sea & Activities were very amusing, due to animasyon staff skills & Aerobics, waterpolo, volleyball, football & at night the show time for kids & Adults ) Let me take a moment to explain how the Food is ... something imaginary, very nice and Delicious so many choices, fresh and clean, a lot of different sweets , the Iris cafe one of my favorite . Covid-19: excellent preparation on their behalf, disinfectants, Social distance, staff warring masks everywhere, etc

As a family, we have visited a number of hotels in Turkey, including Selge Beach, it's with delight that we recommend Adin Beach as the best. Its layout, space, commodities, sports activities, female beach options, entrainment shows, food,... were with little exceptions, fabulously fantastic. The staff are generally friendly and engaging but in Adin they were even more so. Extremly, welcoming, polite and helpful. Suleyman from animasyon was just the star of the team. Very friendy, good english, cheerful, funny and very kind with all the custumers. Due to the animasyon staff engagements with the guests we grew closer through various games and sports and even made friends. Nurhayal from guest relations was extremely understanding and very helpful in resolving a problem we encountered from the first day. She made us feel at ease, and comfortable while she took the trouble of getting in touch with halalbooking solving the issue to our satisfaction. She went a step further in offering us alternative villa residence but we were very happy with the one we had. Staff, was generally very hospitable and polite, always ready to assist and accomodate the smallest of needs. Our compliments to the cheffs who not only made delicious foid and scrumptious sweets but also made themselves available supervising the restaurant performance. Last but not least, the cleaning staff were excellent too. Fascilities were lovely, including the spa and water activities. I congratulate Adin admin in such performance. I am certainly looking forward to revisit. I am sure some of my relatives and friends will act upon our recommendation to visit this lovely place too.

This was our third visit to this hotel. We were a party of 8 including 2 children. The hotel has continued to improve and the addition of a small water park in the family section is good. The biggest improvement has been in the quality of the meals provided and the service level provided by the staff throughout the hotel. Please keep this up. However, the hotel itself is too small for the number of guests with dinner times being very busy so finding somewhere to sit is usually very difficult. The rooms need to be updated urgently as the beds are uncomfortable and the AC units and mini fridges very dated. Also the amination has not changed since our first visit back in 2016! We will look at alternative options next year but would not be disappointed if we ended up back at Adin.

Stayed here for a week last month as a family of 4 from the UK. The hotel interior is brilliantly decorated, had great facilities which we utilised such as the spa, beach, outdoor pools and the restaurants of course! Our rooms in particular weren't the best (Flora Yasmin) as these were what they had subject to availability at the time. First with the positives: beautifully landscaped plants and trees, views, service on point (will get onto that in a moment), staff are a credit, I liked the reception area very welcoming and homely, the rooms were fully equipped with what you except like tea/coffee, towels and the usuals. WiFi is only decent in the reception hence everyone sits there in the evening and uses the cafe for drinks and cakes. At least there was no limit for the most part! I will be very prudent with my judgement - having stayed at many hotels and from my honest personal experience the service could have been better but this was due to the language barrier - we struggled to communicate with them only a handful of people in the entire hotel could understand English & speak fluent and a few at the reception and guest relations. The staff in restaurants and cafe tried their best, but I do give it to them as they were working in a hectic fast-paced atmosphere but still maintained their composure understanding our few basic words. This language barrier is the only biggest problem as over 90% of the guests were Turks including locals, otherwise a few other minor issues are: the internal temperature at the restaurant needs to be improved - it got very stuffy and with a mass crowd at peak hours bodies naturally generate temperature so cooling needs to be serviced. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and topped up with complimentary drinks, towels etc. Ours was smaller than you expect and the bathroom too but it was clean that's the main expectation - wifi worked rarely. As for our rooms, we had the Flora Yasmin villa which was situated right at the back and apparently later having browsed through the images - it has the most basic yet brief/smallest arrangement - avoid this by booking early in advance; unlike us for the first time ever doing it weeks in advance! The rooftop cafe could have worked phenomenally well, just needed advertisement as it was left down to discovery for the guests - one person with a duty there was useless since there were no people. The hotel policy is rather bizarre as most people's flights were in the evening and checkout was 11am, and their was little improvise to actually extend the room duration but of course this was down to availability and it was a high season in which we travelled being here from 9th to the 16th. But nonetheless, check-in and check-out was quick and easy - no problems encountered. On the whole everything is standard as you'd expect. The hotel had everything just as you would expect from any other hotel - just minus the alcohol; everything from entertainment with the animation team in the evenings, kids creche and daycare format timetables, water-sports in the day was great fun we enjoyed ourselves, all in a modest environment. Oh there was no shisha smoking facility, didn't see harm in having this would've worked great on the rooftop - this wasn't justifiable if people were smoking in hurdles on the balconies. The jetty was also spectacular with chalets alongside, the segregation element was also done to a great standard - personally heard that the women had a better catering to serve for them than the men. But still done well on the whole cannot complain. The other restaurants had the same range on offer, slightly less dishes available but the biggest fact to compensate was the numbers - here it was probably several families max whereas the main restaurant had the majority of guests and got packed at peak hours. My advice to the management would be to change the cuisines around slightly as the dishes were relatively the same on the buffet more or less, personally we got bored on the last day and wanted a change. I also very much enjoyed the exotic range of Walls ice creams too, brilliant flavours. It would be wise to advise to learn some basic phrases of the language, as boy do some people struggle to comprehend and for this very reason we felt very slightly neglected in the restaurant as the staff struggled for their service but it's completely natural and understandable! The entrance as again is vibrant, elegant and welcoming. This is the first impression after all. We opted to go for the Mexican cuisine restaurant which had a creative theme and touch as well as taste too of course. This is included as part of all inclusive package to which you're entitled to one restaurant for a la carte. Great choice indeed. The slides were also good fun - this hotel in a nutshell is brilliant for children of younger ages, as myself and my brother in our twenties/late teens had to add self interest and use the slides attempting to feel younger again but not that bad as I make it out to sound - definitely not the case. We enjoyed ourselves with table tennis, water polo, volleyball, swimming - oh and to be prudent again in my judgment, there was a slight positive aspect about our villa being right at the back of the hotel complex which was approx. 5 minutes walk and basic in interior decor - this was the fact we had a neighbouring pool adjacent and our balconies overlooked this so this was so localised that only the villas around this got to make good fun of as it wasn't so packed out. Just right if you don't want so much noise perhaps! As I've said it already - there was a lot of activities for children, even a hut on the complex like a creche and animals in a garden section with swings etc. Lovely sceneries, and the chance to take memorable photos! The jetty was beautiful at night, lit-up with late night karaoke - I didn't participate in it don't worry. Nice spot to sit and drink tea I'd say. Not to mention, last but not least the spa - firstly the indoor pool was pretty cold so hardly anyone bothered using it only went in once myself, but was very lavish. The spa however was 10/10 - the facilities and massage were amazing the guy is a brilliant salesman I told him and excellent service as I booked it on the last day last minute and even though fully booked he managed to squeeze me in and call in a therapist so that was exceptional service I really appreciated. The spa also has a barber shop which I went to moments before and there's an all-round shop which has anything and anything to be simple so need to go out to the neighbouring shops and bazaar, although we went to this on our last day as they are literally next door and sell a lot of ornaments, souvenirs, tourist-attracted items especially the quality merchandise and bags etc. The prayer hall was also well looked after and catered so a very nice experience. There you have it, a rather long review full of constructive prudent judgment and advice - I do love doing hotel reviews so anyone with questions just throw them at me I'll be sure to answer where and when I can! Still a decent memory 3 weeks on so I hope I have given as much detail as I could too!
