Nice meal in a lovely setting. Can't book so can be disappointed. It was a lovely evening when we arrived and wanted to enjoy a drink outside but were told if we did they couldn't hold a table in the restaurant for us. Not too impressed by the idea of writing down your menu choice and then having to walk...

We arranged an afternoon tea at Milsoms to celebrate a family birthday. It was very enjoyable, with great service and lovely landscape views from the hall. We will go back. Perhaps for dinner next time.

We had an afternoon tea, nice little sandwiches, a fluffy scone and four desert cakes. Unlimited tea or coffee. Service was excellent, presentation nice. Surroundings are lovely, you can choose to have it in the lounge, full of comfy leather sofas, the restaurant or on the terrace overlooking a rolling lawn and trees. Not the cheapest cream tea but the surroundings...

Just stayed at Kesgrave Hall for 1 night with our dog and our elderly parents and their dog. The hotel is fantastic and our garden rooms were superb. Food was delicious and we were able to dine with our dogs in the bar but with the full restaurant menu. Lovely grounds with a bluebell wood. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were invited to a birthday supper at the Milsoms and after a long slog through rush hour traffic, we arrived and were ushered in through a side door to the party venue. We food we had preordered had been , in my opinion, quite costly so i expecting decent portions. We had the usual randomly placed bowls of "seasonal...

Lovely setting. food was great and plenty of it. Didn't like the way we had to order our food. You had to write it down and take it to the desk. When you pay good money then table service would be more appropriate. We had a great relaxing meal and couldn't fault the food at all. Waiting staff could have...

We had three courses which was so tasty. The waitresses were very attentive and made sure that everything was perfect. The restaurant was very cosy and had a nice atmosphere. There was enough space between courses. The only criticism I have was there was only 3 choices on the menu for vegetarians and one of them was soup. One last...

Decided to have a champagne afternoon tea which at £28.50 is rather pricey. The champagne was excellent! I thought the choice of fillings for the sandwiches was rather unimaginative and the bread was nothing special. The scones were very good but the cakes again were unimaginative and really nothing special. The hotel seemed lovely and the service was good. We...

My partner and I booked in for only ne night at Milsoms Hotel, Kesgrave when we made a visit to Suffolk on Easter Monday. We were give a Royal Room, slightly away from the main building but excellent. One slight failing, no hooks in the bathroom for spare towels to be hung up? Food was excellent, the attention from the...

Had a lovely lunch here, with friendly and efficient staff. I had the African Spiced chicken, my husband the big portion of the spring rolls, which he enjoyed, but did say he could have done with a bit more sauce. We followed with ice cream and treacle tart, the only niggle was there is no wafer with the ice cream,...
