The room was spacious and very clean. They took covid-19 related restrictions quite seriously. We ordered dinner from the cafe, and they served to the room. Food could have been better but their cheesecake was really good. The rooms has beautiful views. The staff went out of their ways to help us.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Front office staff and Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Location was superb with good facilities and a superb view of the surrounding mountains. The management was nice enough to upgrade a couple of our rooms since the place was virtually empty with hardly any guests. They provided meals free of charge to our infant child to which we are so grateful This was our 3rd visit to this hotel but we felt a stark difference in service and attitudes in serving their customers this time 1) The moment we walked in for our stay for 2 days, they wanted the full room charges for all 4 rooms we've booked for 2 days, even before we could sit down in the lobby...as if we would run away without paying the bill...Strange policy indeed... 2)Food situation is very dire. They are very short staffed and therefore they have closed their restaurants in the hotel and instead serving meals in their coffee shop called Glace. They are more interested in closing down at 9pm and going off rather than serving customers. When we turned up to have our dinner at 8.45pm, the were hesitant at first and instead packed meals and we had to have them in our room. They only accept cash and if we were to pay by card, they were going to charge 3% banking charge from the customer which was illegal.Food was tasty but the customer service was bad. 3) A breakfast "Buffet" was available in the morning which was priced at 1300/head with only White Rice, paratas,Chicken Curry,Dhal,Sausages and some cut fruits which wasn't worth it at all.The same kitchen caters for Glace coffee shop and they were serving the same Paratas,Rice,Chicken and Dhal for 500 Rs......the buffet was such a rip off. 4) Their Checkout time is Supposed to be 11am.We stayed during the long weekend in April from the 24th till the 26th.Even though it was a long weekend, there weren't many guests staying over with so many cancellations due to a spike in Covid cases in the country. So the hotel wasn't even half filled with hardly 7-8 vehicles in the car park, including the 2 vehicles we travelled in.So on the 26th, I requested if we can have a late check out of 2 pm since the next day was a working day, but they refused saying rooms are full when it wasn't the case when I checked in booking.com which stated 25 rooms were available on the 26th.They were just money minded. It wouldn't hurt to allow guests to stay on for a couple of hours more so we could feed our infant child her lunch and go off, especially when we booked 4 rooms for 2 whole days at a time hardly anyone was willing to travel due to the pandemic. They didn't even consider the fact that we were frequent travellers to this place.I have posted the screen shots of the booking.com page stating there were 25 rooms available, even at 9pm on the 26th 5) They were severely short staffed, probably due to cost cutting and the same set of staff were multitasking and therefore affected the service badly. 6) I overheard their management discussing not to accept bookings on room only basis, while I was hanging around in the lobby. This maybe a good option if their restaurants were in operation as usual. But they may try to charge for meals and ask you to order from their coffee shop which close at 9pm without any room service. Cofee shop is very cramped with hardly any space between other groups to maintain a proper social distancing. We opted to have our meals at Olives view point and Restaurant along the Main road, a mere 500 meters from Olympus plaza with former employees of Olympus, providing a good service with tasty meals. As for Olympus, we will never return and never recommend it anymore

We had a good stay there. The view is breath taking. Food was nice and the staff was friendly. There was no network for the phones plus they didn't provide wifi for the rooms. It's very close to the Adisham Baungalow. Will look forward to visit there again.
