Just made our second visit to Grayling House in the space of a couple of months and cannot speak highly enough of this lovely B & B. Very welcoming and very comfortable, also one of the very few places in this part of the world that will take animals.

Just returned from a two night stay at Grayling House. Rick and Lorraine the owners, were extremely welcoming to my wife and I and our two dogs. It was lovely to be able to have a short break and be able to take the dogs with us, we felt like we had landed in the most dog welcoming place imaginable....

Even though it was very wet! my boyfriend and I enjoyed the warm hospitality and comfortable rooms. Our dog came too, made very welcome and we went for a lovely autumn walk. The breakfast was standard bandb provisions, but of good quality. The bathroom nice and spacious along with a homely bedroom and very comfortable bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Rick's welcome and his and Lorraine's friendliness was very much appreciated. Breakfasts great and the en-suite bedroom had everything you could wish for. We valued Rick's local and not so local knowledge and the information he willingly provided about nearby attractions and directions to get there. We learnt a lot about the UK...

We have just spent 7 very pleasant nights at this first class B and B. Rick and Lorraine are wonderful hosts (other B and B hosts could learn from them!), Rick greets his guests each morning with "Everything Tickety Boo?" or something similar! He is a mine of helpful information, not always relevant, but witty and good natured. Lorraine's breakfasts...

We recently arrived here for a two day stay for a friends wedding the location was perfect as it was just down the road from the venue. We booked a family room as there was four of us and was surprised at how reasonable the price was. From the moment we arrived Rick made us feel welcome supplying us with...

Our family stayed here for 2 nights in July. We got the big room which is used for families. The double bed was very comfortable with nice bed linen. The two extra beds for the children were the best during our trip they told us. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated that the breakfast table was decorated with...
