Location is good & that's where it ends. Four star hotel !!!! they are having a laugh, rooms are poor & smell of sewage from the bathroom, majority of staff are not interested in the customers with the exception of Maria in reception. What was showing on the resort booking page and what we got where two different things. Firstly the staff where lovely and the restaurant was clean. The accommodation how -ever was awful .It was suppose to be a family room with garden view , it in fact overlooked a busy road. The room smelt damp and the smell of the...

First of all the sickness bug: it is not the food! People from other hotels came to this hotel to eat and vice versa thinking it is the food that caused it. Our entire group got sick and Maria at reception was very helpful with first aid, phoning the pharmacy for advice etc.Flora from housekeeping came to help clean up...

The location is fantastic, but the all inclusive for the hotel is poor. If you want anything not boiled you need to pay for it. better to go B and B. But for the price you can't moan. The beds are very hard again might just be me. Just remember all inclusive does not mean all inclusive....

We wanted peace and quiet, and a beautiful view. We got that and more. We were in the junior suites with a view of the sea. The room was great, we heard others complaining about their rooms but we were very happy with ours. The food was great, not a lot of variety but enough to eat everyday. The resort...

On the whole our party enjoyed our stay, even though we all got struck down with the bug that's on Corfu island. (It's not the hotel food) For the price we paid including car hire it's unbelievable value for money. Although general maintenance is required all over the hotel, the same can be said for the whole of Corfu. I'd...
