So our local guide took us to this place as I believe this one of the very few dive shops on the island. I have been to multiple dive shops in Philippines and I think it's the worst I've been to so far. Don't get me wrong; our dive master and assistant dive master was really friendly and was professional...

We had booked in advance to stay here (always need to book quite far in advance to avoid disappointment!) and was really looking forward to it but a few days before we emailed to re-confirm the booking and check that everything was confirmed to find that they had not booked us in and now the lodge was full... We were...

We stayed for three nights and had seven dives at Liberty's, I would go back in a heartbeat. Population under 1000, Turtle population over 100. Stay at Liberty's Lodge and you will have a wonderful experience on this no frills island paradise. Even within the Philippines 7000+ islands, this is pretty rare. There is no power connection to the 'mainland',...

I really had a great stay in Liberty's Lodge at the end of January. The room why view on the ocean was great, although the bathroom was outside of the room, but still private. The food at the restaurant was good and the staff very nice. I took my PADI Open Water course with Philip Weiss, very friendly and professional...

I really enjoyed staying in the Island and Liberty's Lodge. I stayed standard room has just simple furniture and wood safety box but very nice view. It has private bathroom just outside of my room. Bathroom has two water buckets and one for toilet and one for washing body and face. As isolated Island, material is little rustic and limited...

We loved to stay at Liberty´s Lodge. The place is beautiful, the views are amazing and the manager Pinky was lovely, we really like her. She helped us all the time to make sure we had the best experience and helped us a lot with everything we needed. The discount for the dives on the diveschool they also own are...

If you like unferwater life you definitely must see Apo island with wonderfull sea turtles. Liberty's is good place to stay. Clean simple (but nice) rooms and great view. Only one thing which is problem is a food. They know very well why you couldn't reserve only room without meals. Nobody would eat there twice voluntarily because food is very...

Yes, it's basic but they offer everything you need at a small tropical island. The service is great, people are super friendly and the place has a very pleasant vibe. We would for sure stay here again.

We slept in a dorm which was really basic, no running shower, just a bucket filled with water. The food menu is pretty good, even though portions are not that big so you might need to order some more. The taste is good though, there's also a nice vibe, staff is friendly and it's at a great location. If your...

I would say liberty hotel is the most decent of the accomodations in the island. Do not expect any luxuries though, as it is very humble, which for me was part of the charm, too. Right at the beach, the rooms have great views, just like the restaurant where you can enjoy a perfect sunset. Make sure you try the...
