First guests of the season in this charming Chambre d'hôte. Pristine clean and so pretty. Spacious bedroom with snug en-suite and big, fluffy towels. Equipment for tea and coffee, biscuits, bottled water, tissues, sweeties in the guests' lounge: what's not to like? Very early breakfast required despite it being Sunday ( Trail de l'argent double race) but no problem for...

I could rave on about the "hostess with the mostest" - Sara, the impeccably presented property and attention to detail, the wonderful value for money, the great little village and fantastic location, but really..... do yourself a favour and book at this wonderful BnB. We did, and it was an absolute highlight! Thank you Sara 😍

I stayed four nights in this lovely B&B in the charming village of Caunes-Minervois while doing some wine touring in the region. Sarah is a lovely host who made us feel like we were visitors in her home. For me with my bad back, I have to say the bed I stayed in was extremely comfortable, and that I slept...

When we arrived here late at night and very tired, the hostess served us a carafe of wine and some chips on the beautiful outside terrace. It was so wonderful. then she made reservations for us at a nearby restaurant that was also wonderful. When we ran out of gas and couldn't use our credit card, she went with us...

A quiet, homely B&B in the idyllic setting of Caunes-Minervois. The hospitality provided by Mark and Sara was truly wonderful. The complimentary wine upon arrival was a lovely touch. In the rooms, the towels were fresh and fluffy and the bedding crisp and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The free WiFi was an added bonus which meant I could keep in...

Perfect B&B in a equally perfect South of France town. Sarah is awesome. She really takes care of her guests and adds extras to make your stay memorable, like slippers and bath robes. There's an outdoor terrace to relax while sipping your complimentary welcome beer or wine. I loved the bedroom and all the decor. It's just what a quaint...

We have just returned from a week in L'Ancienne Boulangerie and it was an unforgettable experience. We had visited Caunes-Minervois before and knew how unique this beautiful village is: but Sara and Mark, the owners, made this a wholly new experience. The previous owners of the B&B had let it go, but Sara and Mark have obviously spent a lot...

This B&B succeeds because of the spirit of the owner - Sarah. Property is nicely furnished, clean, and pleasant. Great rooms with extras that make you feel at home. We visited in June from Chicago. Spent quite a bit of time talking with her which is why we travel. I hope to make it back someday.

From the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. A warm welcome from Sarah, with cold white wine on the sunny terrace. Charming room with direct access to the terrace. Sarah was really helpful and very generous … provided an early breakfast so that we could get away early to see the Tour. She suggested (and booked) restaurants, places...
