What do you say about a place that is so friendly and home like that you do not want to leave. Yes the rooms are simple, but everything works. The beds are comfortable. Its clean and there is constant hot water. The different themed food nights were perfect, too much choice infact. They even catered for my dietary requirements. The...

This hotel rooms are what you would expect of a 3 star hotel; the rooms are clean and well maintained. However what makes this an outstanding place to stay is the friendly staff and excellent food. They accommodated my vegan daughter, who was equally impressed. The food is themed eg, Indian, Italian, Chinese, Roast etc. I know that there are...

This was my 3rd visit to the palarine and I can't really fault it. Yet again superb food, comfy rooms and very friendly staff. Ski bus right outside the door every 15 mins. Oriental buffet is a must on Thursday. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Arinsal. Will be back next year.

The food is fantastic with a different theme every night, certainly no complaints regarding food. There was a comfy lounge with a good range of drinks , they were a...

Recently stayed at this hotel with a large ski group and could find no fault. The staff are the friendliest and most welcoming I have ever met whilst staying in hotels. Prior to arriving I contacted the owner (Maria) who helped with ski passes, on arrival which was late there was hot food made available for us. The hotel is...

This hotel has some of the best food I've ever eaten, each night is different and very impressive! Particular highlights where the Sunday roast, Italian, Chinese and Indian nights. The bar is well stocked and reasonably priced with a happy hour each night and the staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are basic but well maintained and most of the...

Authentic Dim sum was delicious . The room was basic but that's the same in nearly all ski hotels ive stayed in. The hotel is situated...
