The property - the room was a pretty standard hotel room with all you would expect and in good condition. The site comprises of 3 blocks relating to the hotel and a...

Booked a Trip to this Hotel with a touroperator. Called a few days prior to arrival and asked for a superior room and said we would pay for the upgrade. The receptionist said that all rooms were equal and there were no superior rooms. The day we arrived we double checked and asked again. The receptionist mentioned that the hotel...

Good Afternoon, I have spoken to many members of the team regarding your review, and with the Manager. The team have said how there are a few mistakes in your review, as at no point did the General Manager ever say "This is how we treat our tour operator guests" and he apologised regarding the situation many times to you....

This hotel really is all about the view as it is a fantastic view of the Teign Estuary with far reaching views of Teignmouth in the distance and the surrounding countryside. We were just blown away with the beautiful view and its location at the end of a quiet lane on the banks of the Teign Estuary with very enjoyable...

Found at the end of a long country lane, this hotel is a delight. Split into the main body of the hotel and separate North & South lodges, I stayed in the north lodges. How delightful. At first I thought it maybe noisy due to the proximity to the road, but how wrong I was. Beautifully quiet, spacious and clean...

This hotel is tucked away between Kingsteignton and Newton Abbott overlooking the Teign Estuary and near the Newton Abbott Racecourse. It is a modern hotel with nicely furnished rooms. The best rooms have a balcony overlooking the estuary. Our room was one of these, but they normally attract a premium price. We booked it with a very special deal so...

We stayed at Passage House Hotel as we were in the area to celebrate my birthday. I chose this hotel as it was convenient for visiting my brother and was impressed by the lovely views of the river. When we checked in we were advised that we would not be staying in the main building but in the other lodge....
