Everything worked so well for us - thank you. One of the best PI's we have stayed in. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Staff were excellent. On the day of the wedding a few of the family congregated in our room before we departed for the ceremony. The cleaner knocked but we decline the offer of our room being made up as...

This Premier Inn is not a new one, but uses an older building and has bigger than average Premier Inn rooms. We found our ground floor room comfortable and quiet, with a good location close to Thornbury and the M5. We stayed 2 nights and our room was only cleaned at 3pm, cleaners did seem very rushed. The bed was...

Like all Premier Inns, the rooms are especially refrigerated to make your stay in this dismal, purple hostel as miserable as possible... however, unlike some other Premier Inns these rooms have heating controls but no actual heating so they NEVER warm up and you end up sleeping in your clothes. Maybe it's to help you relate with those less fortunate...

Hi Tony Thank you for reviewing Premier Inn, Bristol (Alveston). It's disappointing to read that your room was too cold for you during your stay. We understand that there will be no temperature to suit all guests, therefore there is a dial in each room for guests to adjust the temperature themselves along with instructions within the information pack on...

Stayed here for two nights to visit various attractions in the area. All staff were friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was really nice with a great variety to choose from and again nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We didn't have an evening meal at the ship on this occasion. Would definitely recommend this hotel and...

Manager Steven, Poppy and the team were just the best. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel like royalty!! If I was to be picky though, the baths and showers aren't to Premier's usual standard - too low and small - OK if you are Mr Frodo!!!

We only stayed here one night but it was great. The four of us stayed here with my grandma (96) who can't really climb stairs or walk too far and they sorted us out with 2 downstairs rooms next door to each other. They had also set up the extra bed for us which we asked for. The staff were...
