Although the bathroom was a little bit small in the disabled room for my wheelchair and frame, we managed. I had to have the bed moved and put on blocks to make it higher, but the staff were great and did everything with a smile.

Stayed here for one night on business. It is quite an old hotel although it has been updated with new windows etc. The room was reasonable size and clean. Breakfast was served in the pub next door and was to the usual Premier Inn standard. A reasonably priced hotel for what you get but nothing to inspire you.

Quiet hotel, outside looked very dated but room was very clean and modern furnished well with good tea and coffee facilities. Large room with a lovely big comfortable bed which came with a choice of pillows. We found the room temperature was set just right as previously stayed other places and found these could get very hot and uncomfortable. There...

The Ship and Premier Inn were made for each other. For years The Ship languished as a motel, a little bit seedy, in the way that motels often are, and with a pub that was very ordinary indeed. In the hands of Premier Inn the whole establishment has found a new lease of life. Rooms are light, spacious and well-equipped....

This hotel has to be one of the quietest places I have slept, car park was busy yet it felt like we were the only ones staying in the hotel. This hotel is only on 2 levels so if you don't want to be messing about with lifts or running up and down stairs this is the place for you....

This Premier Inn is stunning, the rooms are very modern and spacious. The bathrooms are beautiful! Massive shower! The bed is super comfy with lush pillows and duvets.. There's a hairdryer in the room which is a nice touch.. Everything was spotlessly clean.. There are also small balconies with the second floor rooms.. Ample parking.. Didn't eat at the restaurant...

This Premier Inn is a bit 'out of the way' but as usual it is comfortable and quiet. Standard room which was clean and tidy with comfy bed. Pub next door was OK. Great location for a night out in Thornbury
