Spent a couple of nights here over Easter whilst visiting family in the Wirral. This is a lovely place to stay. Spotlessly clean, lovely rooms with amazing views and very welcoming and friendly hosts, Sue and Ken. The breakfast was excellent too. I would definitely recommend it and only wished we had a few more days to relax here.

We had beautifully furnished rooms with views over the garden and out to the beach and estuary (see photo). The beds were really comfortable, and bathrooms immaculate. Ken and Sue made us feel very welcome, and provided some excellent breakfasts. We only stayed three nights but felt that we'd had a real holiday. We really look forward to our next...

We booked all 4 rooms for two nights. Our family were delighted with the accommodation. We had the room which was set apart from the other three. It had its own lounge on the ground floor with the bedroom above. (both with fine views over the estuary) The private bathroom for the balcony room was amazingly spacious.

We stayed for 2 nights in this B&B in July and had a lovely stay. The room was bright with a lovely balcony and beautiful views. We had a separate bathroom which was spacious with a good shower. The breakfast was great with lots of choice and set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend this B&B to...

This was suggested to us for its central location to the beaches, walks & restaurants, and our friends in Heswall. It didn't disappoint......but we got soo much more. Quiet, peaceful, amazing views, wonderful warm & funny hosts where nothing was too much trouble, absolute comfort and old world charm. Everything was fantastic & breakfasts were amazing.....

Caldy is as pretty a place to stay as any when visiting in the area (in our case, West Kirby, for a wedding), which is why I looked for somewhere there... and no. 42 is a superb B&B in a great situation. A warm welcome, lovely comfy rooms... 2 out of 3 have that westerly view over Dee estuary towards...

We stayed here on our last week in England. Beautiful views of the Dee, and a lovely bedroom and ground floor lounge area both having gorgeous views. Ken and Sue are the most warming of people, that it made it difficult for me to leave not only my own parents down south, but the warmth of our accommodation at Caldy...

We stayed for a long weekend with my sister and her husband. We had a lovely warm welcome, a great room with a fantastic view over the Dee Estuary. The breakfast was five star with everyone sitting down round a large table together. This is a really lovely B&B, highly recommended Ken & Sue are great hosts.
